Tina’s 1/3-1/3-1/3 BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup catsup

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup oil*

Seasonings to taste (such as Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper, etc.)


Add all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently for a few minutes. For best results, use sauce often while grilling, basting frequently. This sauce is intended to be cooked and glazed onto the meat, not poured on at the end.


*Oil may include any of the following: olive oil, canola oil, cooking oil, vegetable oil and even bacon grease—or a combination of any of your favorites.
