Toyota WSR CSR Legal?
I an trying to determine if the toyota WSR cars are legal for CSR. I am pretty sure they are with carbs but the FI motors are in question. The rule book says carbs are legal if they have =or< 37mm venturi.
It's funny, I just looked at the online GCR/SRCS and the WSR isn't listed. I'm sure it was specifically called out in the 2000 edition.

WSR / CSR
Email Denver with this question. They are pretty responsive to mail. There was a WSR entered for the Natl. at Thunderhill - took a qualifying time but didn't race. Also at the regional at sear Pt. there was a WSR there in CSR.
Re: WSR / CSR
I went back and looked at the GCRs I had (1999 - 2001), and can find no specific reference to the Toyota World Sports Racer being allowed in CSR in any of them. Was this a FastTrack item that was never updated, or perhaps it's in the SFR regional supps?
Tom's right, you should write to Denver requesting a clarification. Send your email to compboard@scca.org, or Sven Pruett (spruett@scca.org
PS. I did't realize it but an ACRL S2 can race in CSR at 1280 lbs! And the ACRL SuperSports aren't allowed the ACRL-required rear wing (hmmm....).
