Tribute To Ravenspark Asylum
Since they are ripping down one of teh Most Haunted places in Scotland that's given us so many personal memories of the place while performig investigations and provided us with some potentially worthy evidence that there's life after death, I have dedicated this short video as a tribute to the place and the residents and patients that lived there too.
I've tried to make it look old, like in the times that film was first out and everyone was racing about the screen at an odd pace for some reason, no doubt someone technical can explain why.
Anyway, here it is ...

Another very cool video. Good work...........
What a tremendous shame... that they are tearing down Ravenspark Asylum. From your team's videos, and research, it appears to have been an extremely haunted place.
Do you ever wonder what will happen to the numerous spirits inhabiting Ravenspark Asylum, once the complete structure has been torn down?
I wonder, will they decide to take up residence in whatever "new" structure is built on the location where the Asylum once stood?
Again, GREAT work on the video.  .

Lonewooolf, I just wanted to add something, please:
Your team looks as though they'd be extremely fun to work with. They all appear 100% serious, dedicated (they have to be to face those terribly cold nights), and very professional.
It would be really awesome to perform an investigation with The Ghost Hunters of Scotland... too bad our teams are an ocean apart.

Hey Thanks Gary.
Maybe we'll get a chance to hook up yet, maybe when we're across your way to pick up that award  LOL.
Nah don't think we'll be collecting that somehow lol.
The video took ages to do, but it's something I felt I had to do just as a mark of respect for all the poor lost souls running about that place.
The other reason I did it is for the memory of all the patients/residents that used to live there that passed on and were just thrown in a whole in the back garden without a headstone to mark their grave.
No matter what religion they were they were all thrown in together. ;(
As for the theory of the residents haunting the place after it's destroyed, yes, this is what I believe at the present so we have talked this over and plan to return to Ravenspark Asylum after it's been demolished to see if the spirits are still present, and I will keep you informed.
We also plan in the future to wait 6 months after the new properties are erected in it's place and then stick flyers through their doors advertising our site and asking if they have experienced anything unusual or would consider paranormal, to contact us for an investigation.
It will be very interesting to see what the results yield.

Yes, that sounds like an excellent idea, Lonewooolfe.
It would be very interesting to see if the spirits are still present... or if they have moved on, since Ravenspark Asylum will no longer be there.

Tearing it down?
Hi, I know this is a wee while after you posted, but I saw the reports and photos for Ravenspark asylum. I live in Ardrossan, but I was pretty surprised to find the asylum existed. It's a shame they're tearing it down, and I was wondering if you could tell me when they're planning to do it?
