Update
My leg is now healed so I get to have another operation (and hopefully my final one) to remove this frame from my leg and some metal work from my foot. This means that I will finally be able to get back to normal. It's such a wonderful Christmas gift >.< other people get presents but I get operations lol.

I hope it's gone well and that you'll be chasing down senseless people in no time! ......it's a good thing you have a laptop... you can post on the run now
The operation went quite well, not so well as I had hoped (they couldn't get all the metal work out from my foot without damaging the bone so they have left a few screws in). He is still hopeful I will get at least 90% bend back but he thinks my foot may not be 100% again (sighs). But never mind, I am alive and here and I still have my legs which is a miracle in itself.
Anyway I done all the medical getting better, I just have the physio to do now (the hard bit)
