Affiliation: Well I'm not overly familiar with X-men but I'd say evil, probably brotherhood in the near future. For the moment she's unaffiliated leaning towards evil and is a royal cordelia like pain in everyone's ass.
Powers: Poison
Viper's powers can be both destructive and helpful. She has the power to infect anyone she touches with poison of various natures. Unlike Rogue however she does not hurt anyone she touches automatically and can control this power. Victoria can vary the amount of poison and what type of posion so that the dosage can be lethal or minimal. The drawback to her power is that although Victoria is almost immune to poisons she does recieve some of the posion she gives out back again only in a different form. The poison drains her energy instead of her life and can knock her out if she uses too much.
Antidote
The second, much lighter side to Viper's powers is the antidote. Viper has the ability to make an antidote for any of her posions and for any poisons that aren't her own. This antidote fully heals the victim with no evidence of anything having happened and it restores Viper's energy if she is drained. Viper is immune to all posions as well and cannot be harmed by any existing posion although mutations and genetically created posions or new varieties are different stories.
History:
Victoria was born into money and has never forgotten that fact, which she believes makes her better than everyone else. Born to Edward and Venessa Fitzbruin, Victoria was assured well being but not love. Although her father did care about her his job came first and his late hours in the office left her and her mother alone. Venessa was killed in an attack by bandits who Edward always believed were mutants although just who performed the robbery has never been discovered.
At the age of eleven a careless nanny let Victoria wander around the mansion grounds along where she was bitten by a venomous snake. She was rushed to the hospital and barely survived. Only later, after the mutation had occured did Edward and Victoria begin to realise just what the snake bite had done to her.
Unsurprisingly Edward and his daughter's attitude towards Mutants changed when they realised Victoria had developed a mutation. In hard times Edward used his daughter's skill to blackmail co-workers and competitors and he praised her for her unique abilities. His daughter's ability was kept from the world but Edward never spoke out against mutants again and hired a few to work of his company, paying them great amounts to do his dirty work.
Venessa left L.A. to attend school once a neighbouring company's private eye began to get a little close to the truth. Too many reports were coming in of strange circumstances surrounding the Fitzbruin fortune and she was shipped off with several credit cards, a complete wardrobe, a beautiful condo and several thousand dollars, to fend for herself.
Now, away from home and her father for the first time Victoria has a choice of what to do with her life and her savings. Unfotunently she doesn't seem to be on the right track and it is unlikely that she will get there.
Personality: Victoria has always been the exact depiction of rich snotty girl. She grew up, the daughter of wealthy televison station owner Edward Fitzbruin, in Los Angeles and never gives up a chance to brag about her upbringing. She felt superior to everyone and still does today, especially with her new powers. Tori cares truly for very few people but she is not entirely heartless and Daddy Dearest is one of the few people she loves. Victoria loves shopping, clothes and hot guys like many teenagers and is called the Fashion Policewoman behind her back by several students. She is liked only by her elite group and is considered popular among them. This so called popularity allows Victoria to believe she has the right to pick on everyone and she often rubs her money in the face of others. Overall she desires power and money and will do anything for it. Actually she'd get along very well with Lex Luthor!
