Weapon X Project - Alpha 9: B ~ Finish Unfinished Business
Shimmering into the lab that was prepared for Madison's final fusion of adimantium onto her bones, Cole pushed Talia a little ahead of him, but just as the lab assistants reached out to grab her, Talia shifted back into her normal form. Her blue furred and fanged appearenace startling the assistants enough for Talia to dodge their grasps. She timidly backed away from them, but before she could calm herself enough to picture the school, Cole yelled loudly and shimmered behind her, grabbing hold of her shoulders with his powerful grasp and causing her to squirm slightly in pain.
"Tell Jool she will be hearing from me shortly.." Cole said coldly to one of the assistants, he'd have a word with that pathetic demoness for her failure of capturing Madison.. He shimmered away instantly, taking their uninvited guest to Morlun's presense.. he'd want to know of this blunder..

Stepping into the laboratory briskly, Morlun disregarded all present and headed directly to the equipment responsible for the adamantium fusion process. Turning dials, and pressing buttons, the mutant smiled coldly when the containment tube door swang open with a single beep. Clasping his hands together with authority, the large man turned to Cole expectantly. What he expected to see was the young Ms Madison Enright. What he saw, was not only someone else, but it was very displeasing. The tone of Morlun's voice did not shift in either direction as he approached Cole and stood face-to-face with the demon.
"And what is the meaning of this idiotic mishap? Explain yourself immediately, lest I am forced to take unpleasant measures..."

Even if it was, he wasn't going to try and shift blame like some weasling coward. Belthazor didn't flinch in the slightest.. was he concerned he had Morlun in a displeased mood? Yes. Was he going to start sweating like a frighten half-wit and humaliate himself? Absolutly NOT.
"I have already organised plans to go and retrieve the female Enright." He assured his master, in a sense Cole had two people he obayed, Kayel, and Morlun, both where as powerful and as frightening as any could imagine.. and yet Kayel seemed to have a far more mysterious side.
"What would you have me do with the mutant." The request for an order was obvious, Cole wouldn't do anything unless he knew for sure that he had the full backings of either masters. The half demons grip on Talia powerful, causing her to squirm painfully in his grasp, her tail whipping about yet not fazing him in the least, it'd take more then a slap of a tail to hurt him.

...Now was no time to get angry, or to lose his temper. Remain calm, rational, and most importantly, in control. It wouldn't do to crush Cole's spine in a fit of rage, the man was too valuable as a servant at this moment. Turning away and pacing the laboratory floor, Morlun held one hand behind his back, and one up to his chin in deep thought.
"Hmm...an intriguing situation indeed...."
Pacing toward the restrained Talia, Morlun lifted her face by the chin and scrutinised her features, and her body, carefully. A cold smile crept onto his face as his eyes locked with the blue-furred mutant's.
"You have caused me much trouble, you know...however, no matter."
Turning on his heel swiftly, Morlun proceeded into the next chamber, where two empty containment tanks stood alone, several interjoining tubes and pipes running between them.
High on the walls was a single set of chains with manacles on the end. Morlun gestured toward them once.
"Make sure she is secure, she shall have the honour of being my sustenance when I emerge from this...machine..."

Talia had no idea what exactly he was planning to do with her, but she was very sure that she didn't want to find out, but Cole's grasp on her wasn't easing, forcing her over to where Morlun had commanded him to put her with ease.
"You von't get avay vith zis!" She hissed through her clenched fangs angrily as Cole chained and secured her, a smile slightly tugging at the corner of his lips at her statment.. for.. haven't they already gotten away with it?
Cole looked back towards Morlun, a slight bow of his head, still fully aware how close Morlun was to doing paonfully harmful damage to him. But Belthazor had the uncanny advantage to know that, unlike many of the other servents of these darker powers.. they had aneed with him and was hard to replace. But he still didn't let that fool him into thinking he could fail at every chance.. he needed to win.. to succeed.. or he WILL suffer Morluns wraith.
Cole waited patiently and very quietly for Morluns orders, whether it was to leave or to stay and do somethig else, Cole was not going to risk ruining his mood even further...
