Week 3, Q2: Big Bads and Evil Doers
3. Big Bads and Evil-doers -

Player Instructions: Post your response to the following question as a reply to this thread. Use only a freshly sharpened #2 pencil, and be sure to make your marks heavy and black. Do not make any stray marks on your answer sheet. Do not bend or mutilate your answer sheet. If you need to erase any answer, do so very carefully, taking care not to damage the answer sheet.

Just kidding. Post your answer in the invisible (default font) in this thread, and nowhere else. Do not post anything except your answer in this thread. Got it? Good luck.

The question is:
What is the name of the vampire that killed Faith's first Watcher?

As is often the case, misspellings will be ridiculed, but accepted, within reason. For example, "jfdal;kj" will not be accepted as an answer. Ooops! I hope that doesn't give away too much. At least now you know that the vampire's name wasn't jfdal;kj. Happy Pursuit!

Ew, it was that horrible cloven-hoofed kissing toast. But the shooting script spells it Kakistos.

answer
Oh crap. You know, I just realized I've been starting ever answer with "oh crap." Though I'm not gonna feel so stupid if I get this one wrong (unlike with previous glaringly wrong answers I've given).

Okay, answer... mephisophosomethinggreek. Oh no, wait... it's Kaklistos. Yeah, Kaklistos, right? Or something like that? And Greek? And spelled correctly?

Okay, Kaklistos. Final answer.

How the hell should I know? I know it sounded like an olive. Kalamata?

Okay, as discussed earlier, today's closing of one question/opening of another is getting done early, due to the amount of turkey I must consume today. So, this question is officially closed. I'm pretty sure everyone has answered, but if you feel you were cut off early, write to me on the comments thread. Okay, the answer is:

Kakistos

Almost everyone got it right, and yes, blamey, your spelling is well within the bounds of reason. Eirefaerie, on the other hand, is a dunderhead.
