I don't really hate Brian. Brian is funny in his interviews. And I have to give props to a guy who makes a living by pissing people off. I don't agree with brain-washing kids into hating the world though. It's "Marilyn" I have a problem with, but since "Marilyn" is just a fake thing he uses to make money, I have no problem with either of them other than I think they're lame. As I've said many times, the site was created for a joke. It was never meant to be taken so far as you people bring it. (That is a bonus that we find hilarious)

why do you think i'm some hard core fan? I don't dress all in black, have black hair and wear make up. I dislike these people usualy, espically the ones who claim to be "individual" by dressing alike...i think you think i'm something similar...
You seem to think Marilyn is the cause of many problems. Marilyn doesn't brain wash anyone. People follow others. Now why do people hate marilyn manson?

I don't think anyone should take this schmuck,Brian Warner,this seriously as to hate him.I mean,hate is a strong feeling,and if you're asking me,I wouldn't waste time and so much negative energy to "hate" this unimportant human being.However I think we do have the right to expose him for the twat he is.Free speech,right?
What I dislike though,is the ideology he represents,mostly his hypocrisy.Think about it:he talks about hating physical beauty,and degrades a natural trait with terms like "the fascism of beauty" and at the same time he only dates women who look above average.Not to mention how he talks about overweight people.If I was one of his followers who are 250 pounds(and there are plenty of them) and then heard him talk the way he does about such people,I would despise him.I wonder,don't these fans have any self-respect at all??
Marilyn Moron is also responsible for popularising the current fascist trend of the late 20th/early 21st century.If you happen to be involved in politics,philosophy and such,you will understand what I mean.He has this obsession with Nietzsche and quotes him all the time,as if this fascist,misogynist half-lunatic was the most enlightened philosopher ever!Give me a break,reading Nietzsche is NOT that important.In fact,I'm surprised that his fans are so silly and half-read as to believe that someone who has read a few books is nearly-genius!We were taught those quotes of Nietzsche in school,for Christ's sake!
Generally,his whole philosophy of life is total crap in my opinion.His self-image is probably just as low as his fans' is.Otherwise he wouldn't feel this need to show that he is important ,firstly by condemning the American lifestyle and then by becoming part of the status quo, and kissing the arse of Hollywood and MTV.He so sad,I feel sorry for him.
I Like Marilyn Manson
I don't hate Brian or Marilyn. In fact, I was listening to Marilyn Manson today. Yes, I admit it. I am a fan. Yes, I wear black. You can abuse me, stereotype me, do whatever you like. The simple thing is, I listen to Marilyn Manson because I like his music. It does not make me want to rush out a worship Satan (although I was given the Satanic Bible as a present - and yes, it was a JOKE from a friend).
I have watched and read interviews with Mr. Brian Warner himself, and found him to be fairly intelligient, and actually have some interesting comments to make. He does debase christianity (although it doesn't offend me in the slightest, although I imagine that it offends people on here), but a lot of times he makes truly relevant comments about society (ie. gun culture in Michael Moore's "Bowling for Columbine".)
Basically, I am only on this site because I am bored, not because I dislike Marilyn/Brian.
By the way, I hated the world LONG before I started listening to Marilyn Manson. He isn't "brain-washing", they're screwed up from the start.
