Without sight, sound or hearing
The door to the med bay slid open, Paige lifting her head from the cuboard she was half leaning in, checking that medicines were still in date since if they were given to a student past their date they could become even sicker that they might already be. Her eyes followed the progress of a londe haired mutant who was calling out for Beast, she was holding the hand and had her other arm over the shoulders of another girl. The second girl looked frightened and was hanging back slightly, Paige could tell there was something wrong with her jerky nervous movements but it took her a short while to work out that the girl must be having difficulties seeing. Each of her steps was tentative as if she might come to stairs or knock into something with every step.
It was so compltley dark and she didn't know where she was headed, she thought the girl smelled like Angela but she hadn't really hung around with the girl long enough to be sure. She wondered where they were going but there was no way for her ask, she was getting to the point where she was afraid that this girl was just going to leave her some where and run off.
She couldn't hear that Angela was talking to her so she didn't didn't know to reply. She was trying to talk though but she didn't think the girl could hear her since there hadn't been any response in her behaviour. It was so scarey to be trapped like this, she just wanted to scream but she knew it wouldn't do any good since no one could hear it.
Paige stood up, dusting her hands down and moving over to where the blonde haired mutant was trying to persuade her blind friend to sit on the edge of the bed while calling across to beast at the same time. Cat didn't seem to understand what was being asked of her though, her hands nervously reaching for the edge of the bed, still not knowing where she was. She wanted to go back to her room, she wished now she hadn't let this person wander off with her, but she was so desperate for any touch she could get. At least this was distracting her form the thought of what Marc had done to her such a short space of time ago.
The pale green eyes of the healer looked across at Beast as he moved towards the pair of girls. She stopped a little distance away, wavering slightly upon the spot wondering if Dr Mcoy would request her help or not. She wasn't srue she'd be any good though, her powers seemed to be quite specific and the last blind person she'd tried to hlep hadn't been cured by her hands. The man had been so devistated that it had made Paige feel awful, especially when he'd started calling her a fraud.

The sight of the doctor was a relief for Angie, quickly explaining to him what was wrong and shaking her head the instant he asked if she knew what could have caused the sudden loss of her senses. His large hand rested on Cat's shoulder as he flashed a small light into her eyes, but getting no response as he expected only confirmed her blindness. Carefully helping her up onto the bed, Angie still cupping Cat's hand between her two, Beast gently guided her to lay back on the bed so the sensors could scan her vital signs. Moving off to study his computer screen, Angela lingered at Cat's side feeling extremely helpless.. she couldn't even call Riley to come down and hold her hand so she had some sort of warm comfort.. Instead if Marc touched her Cat wouldn't even be able to scream in fear of that jerk, a swell of wanting to procted Cat from that guy burned inside her as Angela quickly glanced towards the door.
"Could it be from stress? She's been through a lot of stress lately.." Angela trailed off quietly as she stared at Cat, wondering if perhaps had she stayed in the agility mutants room then would Cat still have been alright?

She flintched a little when she felt the huge hand rest down upon her shoulder, terrifed as to why such an unhuman feeling hand was touching her. It occured to her a few seconds later that it was probably Beast, the medical bay she realised was the most reasonable place for Angie to take her if indeed it was Angela who'd helped her down here. Her head tipped upwards slightly, to about where she thought his face would be even though she couldn't see. She couldn't tell he was shining a light in her eyes, instead stood their dumbly, hoping he'd be able to cure whatever had happened to her. She didn't think there was anything you could do for the blind though and she couldn't hear or speak to add to that.
His hands suddenly lifted her up so she was sitting upon the edge of the bed, Angela's hand still holding one of her own, she was so scared and she couldn't even ask someone what was wrong with her.
Paige looked across with sympathy at the girl, wondering what it must be like to see one moment and then the next to be plundged into a world of darkness and solitude. The mutant who the blonde girl called Cat looked terrifed and confused. Paige stepped a little closer, wanting to offer some kind of consolation to the mutant that was with Cat but she didn't quite know what to say.
Beast's hands pushed her down so she was lying back on one of the beds, she clutched Angela's hand a little tighter afraid for some reason that she'd just up and leave her. It had felt so utterly horrid when Angela had let go of her even for a moment back in the halls, she'd never felt that utterly alone in her life. She didn't want to feel that again .... ever.

The uttered words of Beast caused Angie to stare over at him worried since he sounded surprised, but didn't seem to make any effort to explain why he went 'oh my'. On the screen he could pick up scans of the forming life now living inside Cat's body, the few day's old child taking him by surprise as he wondered how to tell someone she was pregnant when she was without the ability to see or hear him.
"What's wrong with her?" The impatients in Angie's worried voice was near impossible to cover up, but she could hardly be blamed since her friend fell suddenly into this situation right after being raped.. partly blaming herself for not having stayed beside Cat. Beast shook his large furry head, his small reading glasses catching the light of the room in small glimpses of reflecting light.
"I think she should stay here for a little bit, I shall exmaine her more and we'll try and figure out what is happening to her." Angie frowned a little, looking at Cat again, she had things to do, plus her singing, and evne though Angie would rather stay if her manager found out she wanted to skip his meeting to sit with a friend he'd throw another hissy fit.
"But I can't stay long, I don't want to leave her alone." Her voice was guilty, Cat might at least feel better knowing she was in her room, at least she knew where everything was in there.
Re: Without sight, sound or hearing"Oh my.." Paige looked across at him with a worried type of interest, what had Beast seen upon the screens had had had him say that. His voice didn't sound as if it was anything awful more something of a suprise to him, something he hadn't expected. Maybe Dr Mcoy would tell her later what he'd seen upon the scans to make him say such a thing, it might be that Catherine had a type of mutation that was showing up that Beast hadn't seen before. Her eyes moved back over to Cat, the girl seemed to have calmed down a little now, though her face still looked worried. It was like she'd decided where she was at and that that place wasn't too scary. It was a bit creepy to look into her eyes and see such lifelessness, she was glad when Cat closed her eyes, she just looked like she was alseep then.
Cat let herself relax a little, she'd only kick up a fuss if anyone tried to stick needles in her but she couldn't think why Beast would try and do that when her problem was with her eyes. She was clinging to a small thread of hope that the fuzzy blue doctor would be able to help her somehow. She wasn't sure what anyone would be able to do for someone who'd lsot several of their major sensory organs. Her grip on Angela's hand increased slightly at the thought that she might be stuck like this for any length of time.
"I think she should stay here for a little bit, I shall exmaine her more and we'll try and figure out what is happening to her." The young healing mutant looked from the blonde mutant who'd brought Cat in to the medical bay and the competant doctor. She hoped there was something they'd be able to do for the girl. It was a pitty that someone so pretty should be struck down with such an affliction. She'd never heard of anything like this herself, but she didn't have as wide field of knowledge as Beast did.
"But I can't stay long, I don't want to leave her alone." Paige stepped forwards a little, feeling shy and akward about talking to some she didn't really know at all.
'Ummmmm.' There was a short pause where Paige looked down the the beautfuil but now blinded girl who lay upon the medical bed. 'I don't mind staying with her. I don't have any lessons this afternoon and I can make sure she gets into bed alright as well ... that is if it's ok with you.' She blushed slightly as she spoke, her eyes dropping off Angela's face.

The words of the other girl caused a bright smile to spread across Angela's worried and concerned face, her eyes darting over to Cat almost as if checking to make sure the girl didn't mind Paige's offer. But then again she didn't know what was happening about her so how would she know about Paige's offer?
"That's great.. she doesn't know a whole lot of people here, and she's been away for the past six month, and her boyfriend.. is really sick.." Her words trailed off slightly as she stared down sadly at Cat, she seemed to have all the bad luck, maybe Lauren could douse her with a health does of good luck soon.
"She only really knows my friends and I, and we're a small group, and everyone seems off doing things, it would be really great if you could keep her company." Staring over towards Paige, Angela offered a tiny smile, but it quickly faded as she returned to staring sadly at Cat.
"Her name's Catherine Hall, we all call her Cat, I'm Angela, you look family," Angie had an obsession with meeting all the new people in the school, but sometimes she never got a chance to get to all of them, but this girl was definitly at least in one of her classes. "Don't we have English together?" Lauren had been shy when they first met, but Angie tended to talk with people often as if she's known them for ages, one they get introductions out of the way anyway.

Paige gave the girl a rather nervous smile and followed her example of looking down at the young woman who was lying so quietly upon the medical bed. She really hoped there was something they could do for her, anything they could do. If they didn't get this sorted out what sort of a life could Cat lead, she'd never be able to see anyone ever again, or even converse with them, she'd be stuck in a world of darkness and silence. She felt even more pitty for the girl hearing about her boy friend being ill, but to Paige that only made her more deterimened to help, at least till her boyfriend was well again. The thought that a man might not want to date someone blind and who couldn't talk to him didn't even cross her mind.

This was exactly the sort of freind Paige needed, someone she didn't need to talk to or be afraid wouldn't want her freindship. The way Cat was clinging onto her friends hand made Paige feel sure that she wouldn't try and shun anyone who wanted to help her.
"Her name's Catherine Hall, we all call her Cat, I'm Angela, you look familiar," Catherine that was a pretty name, it suited her, Paige gave the agility mutant another quick glance before she looked up with sympathy at the girl who'd introduced herself as Angela. "Don't we have English together?"
Paige looked away from her eyes, suddenly nervous again, remembering this was someone she hardly knew. She nodded slightly and then looked away over at Beast who was still studying the screens. She wanted to ask if there was something she could do to help but she was too nervous to ask the doctor, it had taken all her courage to ask if she could help out in the medbay. She just tried to work as dutifully as possible and without bringing any attention to herself.

There was a slight moment Angela stared at Paige, but smiled a little since the girl didn't seem to be revealing her name, could be why Angie didn't know her, really shy girls where hard to meet with since they avoided crowds. Since her group mostly consisted entirely of the more popular people, they tend to hover about the large crowd of their friends. Even if Riley, Lisa, Cat, Dawn and Angela made up their main little group, they still knew heaps of others, Riley tutoring so many students also increased his popularity. Though Angela was pretty sure Cat wouldn't like to know how many of his female students joined mostly just to hover around him, not that Riley has yet noticed this.
"Come over here," Angie waved Paige over towards her, the least she could do for Cat since she couldn't tell her that Paige was going to stay and keep her company was at least try and help Cat understand that someone else was about to hold her hand.
"She got really upset when I let go of her hand earlier, I think it would be better if I give her hand to you, maybe she'll get the idea that I need to go and you're staying with her now." It was worth a try wasn't it? Though Angie wasn't sure how Cat would react to her leaving, as long as she had someone hopefully she will be alright. Angie didn't even think that Marc often comes in for his check ups so Beast can try and figure out what has caused such a drastic change in his personality..

The healing mutants pale eyes looking down into the blind ones of Cat, who still seemed nervous, her eyes were open again and she'd turned her face towards the pair of girls as if she sensed they were talking about her.
It was so horrid to be blind, she'd always taken her sight for granted and now it was gone she knew how utterly lost she was without it. And there was the loss of her other senses as well, it wouldn't have been so bad if she could have at least spoken to others or heard their words. But as it was she was alone in her own world now, only hanging onto the old one she knew by a thread which was touch. She didn't even have Riley to comfort her, her body longer for him to reach out and hug her, somehow feeling that if he was here it would make everything alright once again even though it wouldn't have. But she didn't even have him anymore, she wanted to cry but she wanted to do it in private, tears for Riley were tears none else should be able to see. She turned her face away away from the pair of girls who were looking down at her.

The agility mutants head turned as she felt the transfer take place, pushing herself partly onto her elbows her mouth uttering an unspoken word that was obviously Angela's name, she looked a little panicky being left alone with someone she didn't know.
'It's ok Catherine,' Paige felt better if she spoke to the girl even if she couldn't hear her. She squeezed the girls hand a little, raising one hand to her shoulder and persuading the reluctant mutant to lye down once more. She looked a bit more nervous than before, her blind eyes darting around the room but not focusing on anything because she couldn't.

Placing her hand lightly on Cat's forehead, Angie smiled supportively down at her even though she couldn't see it, but then looked a little sadly towards the door.
"Well.. I better going... I sing at the Dying Star tonight between 8 and 10 if anything goes wrong call me please?" Moving away from Cat's side, Angela hurried towards the door, continuously glancing back at her friend, last time she left Cat's side she lost most of her senses, what if something else bad goes wrong? But Paige was with her, that girl looked nice, even if she did seem overly shy, so Cat was alright with her, and she talked to Cat even though Catherine was deaf, that was nice..
"And thanks again!" Angie flashed Paige one of her bright smiles before rushing out of the room and off to her own room so she could get ready for her night down at the club. She only wished Cat and Dawn weren't fighting, then Dawn could sit with her as well, Dawn would probably think Cat deserved this.. the thought of her thinking or saying that made Angela cringe and not want to mention her condition to the spell caster.
However if Angela considered that Marc would be making his way down here right now with Connor, then she would have risked Dawn's harsh remarks. The thought of Marc having Cat to himself without her able to scream for help was horrifying to even think about. But then again, she wasn't aware just how much he was about to change in the next 10 minutes.

It was a nice feeling for Paige to experience, it felt almost as if Catherine needed her. She smiled slightly down at the blind mutant, even if she herself couldn't help her she could still sit here and make her feel a little better by holding her hand. With her spare hand she pulled over one of the chairs, wincing slightly at the squeaking noise it made as it moved across the floor. She looked over at Cat but the girl hadn't reacted at all to the noise, it seemed she was completley deaf as well as blind. Paige wished so much that she could help this girl, it was so sad to see someone so pretty so aflicted.
The hand that was holding her seemed to calm her down, there was something nervous but caring about the way it held onto hers. She wondered what it's owner looked like, she'd have been more agitated if it was a man that had hold of her, especially after what had just happened with Marc. Her eyes seemed to stop in their darting motion and settle down to look up at some invisable point in the roof above her.
Paige patted her hand slightly in a reassuring manner, letting her know the only way she could that she was safe here, it must be really intimidating to not know where she was or who was around her. How could Beast tell her if there was nothing he could do for her, they'd just have to leave her in her room untill she came to the descision by herself. Part of her wondered what would happen to Catherine, she'd never be able to live by herself, would Xavier even let her stay here if she couldn't take lessons or be on a team. When she spoke she tired to make her voice cheery even if Cat couldn't hear her.
'Don't worry Catherine, you'll be alright.' She'd probably need a live in nurse or something to look after her, she'd never live a normal life ik everyone else. No one would want a wife who couldn't ever know them properly, if she ever had children she'd never be able to see them or interact with them properly. Even stupid things like decorating the house and going shoping she'd have difficulties with, she'd never be allowed to go outside by herself there was always the danger she'd be knocked down.

The sounds of the door opening and shuffling of feet as Connor lead Marc into the med room went unheard by the now deaf and blind mutant. The bright cruel eyes of Marc flalshing over towards Cat at the thought she had run here and told Beast what he had done to her. The wretched freak, she consented so he had done nothing wrong, but looked a little confused for a moment as she didn't seem to even pay attention to his arrival, so what, she was ignoring him now? Connor moved off to talk with Beast, leaving Marc to stare at Cat, though Connor glared at him when Marc attempted to move towards her. Rather idignantly, he moved over towards the computer screen while Connor and Beast disappeared into his back room, Marc wanted to know what had caused her to come here whinning about what he had done to her.
One hand rubbed at the mustouch that was newly growing, Riley didn't like letting his faciel hair grow, he was overly obsessed with keeping himself well groomed, only letting it slip when he was feeling extremely depressed and just didn't care any more. But it helped Marc cope staring at himself in the mirror, not to see Riley's exact face staring back at him. But it felt off for him still, and itchy, it was annoying, but he would get used to it if it meant that he didn't resemble Riley completely. The wondering fingers soon focused on rubbing at his chin, his eyes reading and understanding what they where reading but he still had a puzzled look in his expression. She was blind? Deaf? Why? What had happened to her to lose her senses? Did that demon return? Marc's eyes flickered up to stare at Cat's form, clinging to Paige as if worried the girl might leave her side. Slowly Marc looked back down at the screen, flicking through the windows curiously to see if there was a screen stating the cause of this strange occurence.
"...Oh my god." There was a noise in the back room as Beast closed one of his filing draws, the simple sound causing Marc to switch to another page and stamble back into the chaire Beast sits on. Staring down at it rather panicked, he quickly moved away from the screen, getting the distinct feeling he wasn't meant to see the hidden screen he had looked at. Taking in a shaky breath, he stared back at Cat, but his mind wondered back to the screen he had glimpsed at before. It was checking the vital signs of its patient.. but not of Catherine.. it was inside Catherine, barely, still forming, but it was there, she was with child.. his child.. well.. no.. Riley's child.. it was a few days old at least, he didn't have the time to properly check the states.
Marc seemed to be rather pale as he stared at her, it wasn't fair, how come she didn't tell him she was carrying his child? But then again.. did she know? It was so young, maybe she didn't know, how does he tell her, she can't hear him, he couldn't even write it for her to read because she was blind! He didn't realize just how upset she was over what he had done to her before, he didn't think it was that big a deal since she had agreed to sleep with him.. even if he did threaten to go back tot he initiative or run off with Claire if she didn't. He didn't know Claire was going to take him back to the initiative if he went with her, but Catherine had that suspicion, that was basically the only reason she slept with him, to save Riley from being taken back there. The fact Marc had said so many horrible things to her, both before, during and after the act was even worse for Cat.
"Marc, I have to meet up with Heath, go right back to your room once your done, I think Dawn will be bringing your food." Connor moved out of the back room with Beast, Marc gave a rather slow nod, not really hearing the boy, nor did he really notice Connor leave the room, casting Cat a few worried glances.
"I'm afraid there's little I can do right now for either of you, perhaps what has happened to you both is connected in some way.. I'm not sure." Beast looked at Paige and offered her his usual friendly fanged smile, though some people who didn't know him always got scared when they saw his fangs, he really did have such a warm kindness about him that it was hard to believe he could hurt anyone. "Paige, would you escort her back to her room?" Beast moved back to his computer panel and scanned the pages with his eyes "I'll call for you Marc if I get anything new." It was a polite hint for Marc to return to his room again, Marc's eyes not once leaving Cat's body, staring for a long while at her stomach and then at her face as it stared blindly towards the ceiling.
Backing away slightly, he slowly moved towards the door, but didn't turn around for a few steps, once he was facing the door he hurried his pace outside. She was with his child, it didn't matter suddenly who he thought he was or wasn't, either way she was with the child that this body had produced, his child, he was going to be a parent, even Marc felt strongely about that dream, but being an Agent of the initiative meant it was a weak dream.. until now, now it was reality. He hovered about the hall outside of the medical bay until the two girls appeared, keeping three meters distance between them so Cat couldn't tell he was around.
"What happened to my girlfriend?" He sounded overwhelmed, but partly angry, who ever did this to her while she was with his child was going to pay for it, he'd make sure they suffered painfully. "Who are you? Who did that to her?" He looked still a lighter shade then normal, but his paled expression was fading away as he was filled with a mixture of emotions that he wasn't really sure what to make of them. He hated her didn't he? Then why has he suddenly found himself looking at her with such strong affection, not love, but at least the need to protect her.

The healing mutant looked up as the door slid open, Cat however made no signal she knew anything was different from before. It was probable if she knew Marc was entering the room she'd have broken down in tears at being reminded of what he did to her just before. However she didn't know so she didn't respond in anyway, not even a glance over at the door. She was still wondering what was going to happen to her. She wasn't happy either at the fact that Beast seemed to have gone off and just left her lying here, she couldn't tell he was still examining the screens that were monitoring her and her unborn child.
A tall man walked through the doors, a shorter one who she was sure was in one or two of her classes accompanied him .... his name was Connor right? She couldn't remember ever seeing Marc but that was because he'd spent the last few months spending most of his free time locked in his room obsessivley drawing the girl who's hand she was holding. Not that you'd suspect that for an instant when she caught sight of the look he gave Catherine. Maybe the two didn't get on or something?
The boy she suspected to be Connor moved off with Beast into one of the back rooms to talk, she could hear the muffled sounds of their voices but not what they were saying. She squeezed Cat's hand again and was rewarded by reciving a slight pressure back from Catherine. Paige was watching Marc though, he was rubbing his chin, still looking over at Cat but acting like Paige didn't exist. She didn't mind though people often overlooked her, blending into her surroundings seemed to be something she was very good at. Marc had retreated over to where the monitor screens were, she wanted to tell him he shouldn't really be looking at them but she didn't have the nerve. Instead she looked down at Cat again.
"...Oh my god." The man sounded shocked and Paige lifted her eyes in time to see him stumble backwards into Beast's chair. She was filled with curiosity, what was written on those screens to cause such a reaction from both Dr Mcoy and this young man, who she wrongly supposed was a mutant. He seemed rather pale as he moved away from the screen, his eyes darting over towards Catherine a couple of times.
"Marc, I have to meet up with Heath, go right back to your room once your done, I think Dawn will be bringing your food." The girl seemed to look around her even though she couldn't see, as if she was looking for Beast to ask him why he'd done nothing for her. Her head lowered a little as Paige encouraged her over towards the door Marc had just left through. She didnt mind if it did take all afternoon for Catherine to tentativley make her way back upto her room, Paige was big in the patience department.
"What happened to my girlfriend?" Paige had one hand holding Cat's, the other was upon her elbow, helping to guide her footsteps, trying to make her own movements a little bit more confident in the hope that some of it would infect the girl she was helping. She looked up nervously at the large man who was following them at a slight distance, he didn't seem to want to get that close to Cat but she wasn't sure it was because he didn't really want anything to do with her or if he didn't want her to know he was there.
'I don't know.' Paige said overly nervous, this man was intimidating her, asking her questions, she wondered what was wrong with him, Angela had said he was sick right?
"Who are you? Who did that to her?" She shook her head, no one had told her anything, not that it was her business to go around asking questions about other people. The turned a corner, Cat stumbling a little as she hadn't been expecting the change in direction.
'My names Paige.' She said looking over at Marc as if that explained everything about her, her eyes moved back to Catherine again. She gently encouraged the girl along, not knowing how terrified she'd be if she knew Marc was following them so closley up the corridor.

There was another cruel glare but this time it was directed to Paige as she turned a corner and caused Cat to stumble, he could carry her, then she couldn't be stumbling about.
"Be more careful!" The worlds blurted out without him really meaning them to be spoken. he only intended to think them, but Paige was basically throwing Cat about while she was carrying his child! Well that's how he saw it anyway, his hand balled into a fist and rested against his lips, why hadn't anyone told him she was effected like this? And why hadn't Beast mentioned that she was with child to him.. the doctor didn't even look at him really..
"She needs to take her pills, she's been sick and her throat is bad," He added quickly, trying not to sound too angry and calming himself down, last thing he wanted to do was scare the girl.. "We share a room in the couple dorms," He added quickly, though wondering how that would work since everyone called him Marc and it was Riley's name on the door.
"My real name's Riley Finn, but I'm sick right now so," He hesitated for a moment before adding rather agitatedly "It's a long story, but do they expect you to stay with her, we only moved in recently and save for the desk and bed we don't have any furniture." He picked up his pace a little but still refused to get too close to Catherine, he could get Paige to lead her right into their room, and that way Cat wouldn't put up a fuss..
"She will get better though, won't she?" Hoping this girl wasn't in on the fact Cat was currently hating him, Marc trailed after them, hoping to lure Cat, and more importantly his child, back to the safety of his room.

Re: Without sight, sound or hearing"Be more careful!" He sounded really angry and his tone wasn't particualrly nice, but maybe that was just a side effect of his illness whatever that was. His gaze was cold, she didn't even realise she'd flinched a little but Cat seemed to since she hesitated a little, wondering what hat caused Paige's hands to withdraw a little away from her. In fear of being left alone she grabbed hold of Paige a little more tightly that she'd meant to do, the girl winced again as one of Cat's nails sank into her hand.
'Sorry.' She half whispered, not daring to look up at the large man who seemed more than just annoyed with her. Cat seemed to have settled down a little more again.

It was nice that she had someone to agnoise over her. "We share a room in the couple dorms," So she was supposed to take Catherine there right? She didn't know she was being tricked into taking Cat to the one place she she'd feel the most fear from. She'd be terrifed when she found out what room she'd been taken to and that she was going to be left alone, locked in with Marc.
In a few seconds later they came to a flight of stairs. Paige slowing down her pace, guiding one of Cat's hands to the stair rail so she knew they were about to start climbing. Their progress was almost painfully slow since Cat seemed overly anxious about climbing the stairs. The reached the top in the end, coming out into more populated areas of the school, getting a strange look from a girl with a long tail as she hurried past on her way to a mammalian physiology class.

'I'm ummmm Dr Mcoy never said I should stay with her .... Your her boyfreind yeah?' Her tone said she'd leave Cat in his presence as long as she was convined he was going to look after her alright and he was her boyfreind. He seemed to nodd his head almost eagerly. He'd moved a little closer to them, looking down at Catherine, yet not offering to take hold of her hand and help lead her.
"She will get better though, won't she?" There was a slight shrug of Paige's shoulders as she guided Cat along.
'I don't know, Dr Mcoy didn't tell me anything, I hope there is though.' She knew she wasn't being very helpful but really what could she say? She had no clue about what was going on, she just hoped he'd be satisfied with her answer.
