a not so friendly duel
*Madison could you please come to the Danger room immediatly!?*

The doors of the danger room opened and Shalimar walked in,it had been a 6 months since her first date with Lachlan and the 2 had been a item since and although she was very happy to found a love in her life there was still some doubts in her mind.

The fact was she still felt like she was in her fathers shadow and even those Lachlan had accepted her past without any defense Shalimar had never come to accept that in her life.It was like a wound that could never be healed and she knew that she had to find a clear consciounce about it otherwise she would go mad.Another reason why she was so upset was the fact that 1 person in particular took to Lachlan and Shalimar being a couple, she never really saw eye to eye with Madison and she needed to confront her about how she had been acting.

Shalimar waited in the Danger room waiting to see if Madi would come.

Re: a not so friendly duel
It was nightfall, Madison hadn’t really been doing much during this weekend and she was just going to bed early so her weekend would end quicker. Once into her pyjamas the Wolverette flipped back the covers of her blanket, flattened the sheets and was about to slip into bed, but something had stopped her. A voice had called out from her little communicator that Storm had given out to the members of the Gold Strike force many months ago.

Normally she wouldn’t have responded to such a call, especially if she had taken note of the voice that had called for her! But since she had had a lazy weekend she felt that a little session in the Danger Room wouldn’t do any harm, obviously not know what the reason was for. Plus, Madison didn’t really want to get into a lazy mood every weekend. She’d get unfit and wouldn’t be able to keep up with other members of Xavier’s Institute that she’d want to beat.

Getting changed out of her pyjamas and into a pair of old dark jeans and a black tank top she hurried her way down towards the Danger Room. Once there she became disappointed at the sight of Shalimar, if you couldn’t tell that Madi didn’t like Shalimar the rather loud grumble she gave her as a greeting would confirm it.

Madison: "Please don’t tell me that it was you who called me here!"

Her voice remained rather grumpy as she spoke. She really didn’t like Shalimar, for many reasons, most of which were just playing stupid to everyone else. First of all, she was the daughter of Sabertooth, her fathers arch rival, then there was the fact that she was going with her ex-boyfriend seemed to make things worse. Sure, Madison didn’t like Lachlan anymore, defiantly after he knocked her out with his powers and was only glad that they broke up, but she had found herself growing jealous over the pair. Maybe that was due to them going out longer than she had, or maybe it was something else. Whatever the reason Madison wasn’t letting it slip.

There was also another thing tugging away at Madison. Her younger blue half sister had been staying with the Brotherhood for the last six months. To everyone else Madison enjoyed not having her around anymore, after all the two only fought all the time making a cat and a dog look like the best of pals. And if some of their ‘tiffs’ had of gone on for longer, real damage could have happened, or even death could be a possibility, but someone had always brought them to an end, mainly Connor. But deep down, hidden away under layers of dislike and even hate Madison was actually missing Arisa. It was barely obvious, even to Madison for a few months, and no matter how much she tried to push it away and deny it, the oldest daughter of Wolverine only found out that she was lying to herself. No one knew of this though, not even her older brother, who knew everything about her... well almost...

She wasn’t sure how long she could keep in her frustration from everything involving people she didn’t like, and missing her sister. But maybe if this worked out right, anger and frustration could be released on one of the most disliked mutants on Madison’s list.

Re: a not so friendly duel
Madison: "Please don’t tell me that it was you who called me here!"

A typical reaction,Shalimar had taken the time from the time she had first arrived to now to take in little aspects of everyone's personality but Madison it didnt take much to realize she was a bit on the short tempered side but who could blame her ?

The fact was even at this hour that she needed to talk to Madison and picking the Danger Room was her way of prepairing for the worst. It seemed like everytime they were in the room together everything would just implode but Shalimar was getting tired of this.If there was a way to at least bring some of that frustration to a head between the 2 and if it meant physical release then so be it.

Shalimar:Yes Madi I did call you here. The fact is everytime we're in a room together things fall apart and with our familes thats not surprising.Look I just wanted to try to talk to you about how things have been going and at the same time let some release off from the two of us,if it's boils down to it your brother stopped us fighting before but I figured if talking doesn't work if it helps we can always finish what we started?"Shalimar's tone was calm but to the point she had a idea how Madi would react but then again never judge a book by its cover.

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Yes Madi I did call you here." Giving a loud annoyed sigh, Madison slowly raised her arms a little though it was only to enable them to fold easier. If she was going to listen to Shalimar blab on she may as well get comfy. This hadn’t been the first time Madison had sat through one of her speeches, so she knew what she was in for.

"The fact is everytime we're in a room together things fall apart and with our familes thats not surprising." Under her right arm Madison’s left arm clenched a little defensively. The first thing that had come to her mind at the mention of their families was Arisa, and if Shal was going to have a go at her Madison felt ready to defend her. Giving a rather strange look for the shortest of moments, she felt rather weird. Sure, she had missed people before, Connor when he was kidnapped, their mother when she had died, but never Arisa. Then, remembering that their fathers are rivals her fist unfolded and relaxed once again under her arm.

"Look I just wanted to try to talk to you about how things have been going and at the same time let some release off from the two of us…" At this short part of the speech she rolled her eyes. Why did Shalimar always want to talk through things with Madison? She knew that things never worked out between them, not that Madison had ever tried to make that happen, and Wolverette didn’t believe that that would be happening anytime soon, if any time at all.

"… if it's boils down to it your brother stopped us fighting before but I figured if talking doesn't work if it helps we can always finish what we started?" A smirk spread from Madison’s lips, that didn’t sound all too bad, and the fact that Shalimar was ready for it made things a plus. If things lead towards a spar between the two, who was Madison to object? She would probably be the one to bring it on.

Madison: "Sounds good to me… But don’t forget how many of your other talks with me have gone."

Her smirk remained upon her face as she spoke, her last sentence sounded somewhat like a warning, but she merely said it to remind Shalimar of the past between the two. Shal had said it before, when the two of them are in the same room, nothing works out well.

Madison: "So, what did you plan on us talking about? If I’ve had a lovely weekend or my plans for Christmas Day?"

As she poke this time her words were more of ‘let’s get straight to the point’ with a tinge of sarcasm entwined within her last question. Her folded arms shifted around positions as if she was readying another long talk from Shalimar. Though she didn’t fully seem all that keen to sit back and listen, fighting would be much more fun. However, she was a little curious on what Shalimar wanted to talk about.

Shalimar smiled at Madison's reply, these 2 always seemed to end up fighting each other but really there fights had never gone overboard completely, mainly because Connor wouldnt allow it.

Shalimar:Yes Madi I remember and if I remember correctly Connor has always saved you before the fight even started."She said sarcastically, although she had a figuring Madison could deff take care of herself.

Madison: "So, what did you plan on us talking about? If I’ve had a lovely weekend or my plans for Christmas Day?"

Shalimar:Actually Madi I wanted to talk with you about Lachlan.

Shalimar:It really gets to you Im dating him doesn't it?Im not the jealous type but I wanted to ask do you still have feelings for him at all?

Shalimar:If ya still want a nice little fight after this if ya anwser this question we can go at it as long as you want.

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Yes Madi I remember and if I remember correctly Connor has always saved you before the fight even started." If growling were her thing, Madison surely would have let one out under a breath. The only reason Connor had broken them up was because he knew what Shalimar was in for, well Madison told herself that anyway. But Connor wasn’t around here now, Madison would defiantly take the chance to show Shalimar that she could hold her own at the first opportunity possible.

"Actually Madi I wanted to talk with you about Lachlan." If she was moving at the time Madison would have froze in the spot, she did the same standing still, but it didn’t really have the same effect, which Madison was grateful for, she didn’t really like showing much of her feelings, anger being the only real one to show through.

"It really gets to you Im dating him doesn't it?Im not the jealous type but I wanted to ask do you still have feelings for him at all?" Really, what was it to Shalimar how Madison felt towards Lachlan? How dare she even ask such a question like that to her. Did the daughter of Sabertooth suddenly turn into the girl who must know everything about everyone?

"If ya still want a nice little fight after this if ya anwser this question we can go at it as long as you want." And that was what is going to happen, the majority of the students and teachers were probably asleep by now, so there wouldn’t be many up to stop them. And if someone did come down to brake it up there weren’t many who could make Madison stop without force.

Madison: "How dare you ask me a question like that. And really, you think I’m just going to open up and tell you, of all the ferals I know, how I feel towards other people?"

If anything, she sounded offended about being asked the question. The thing is, even if she wanted to tell someone how she felt about Lachlan she couldn’t explain it. Shalimar might not be the jealous type, but Madison was, it might be obvious to some, maybe not to others. Madison hated it how Lachlan had hurt her in more ways than one, her heat hurt a little afterwards and so did her body. But at the start of their relationship things were going well, he was her third boyfriend so far yet the only one who had really cared for her.

She felt as if she was someone special with him, he even tolerated Madison’s strong personality. Well, as long as he could anyway, until the day he yelled at her and things were over. What was the real reason he broke up with her? Because he didn’t want to hurt anyone else, maybe that’s why she was jealous. Maybe she felt that he still cared for her and that once he could control his power more they might end up together again. Well, he lied to her then. The first day he returns he goes to the Dying Star with another girl, Shalimar to be exact, and ever since that day the have gotten close and nothings gone wrong with their relationship so far.

Madison: "Is that a good enough answer? You know I don’t answer questions well, especially when I’ve got something afterwards to look forward to!"

The two had had a few classes together in the past six months, Madison had kept a narrowed eye on Shalimar, watching her in class as if watching for weaknesses, or something she could use against her. If Shalimar had been doing the same to Madison she would have known what she was on about. If Madison’s mind was on something else, she surely wasn’t paying any attention to class work. Slowly her folded arms dropped to their sides, her hands slowly clenched. Hopefully Shalimar had gotten her answer, because Madison didn’t want to wait much more longer!

Madison: "How dare you ask me a question like that. And really, you think I’m just going to open up and tell you, of all the ferals I know, how I feel towards other people?"

Shalimar said nothing as she could tell she hit a soft spot not just about Lachlan but in general, she could tell there were a lot of things Madison hid behind that tough personality Shalimar couldn't help but feel a sence of DeJaVu thinking about it.

Madison: "Is that a good enough answer? You know I don’t answer questions well, especially when I’ve got something afterwards to look forward to!"

Shalimar looked and could see a change in Madison's dimeaner, she wanted to skip the talking and just get on with the end of it.

Shalimar:"Yes Madi,I understand perfectly."
She said smiling as her eyes changed to more of the look of Cat eyes...a typical change for her when she went into feral mode. She sat back against the wall almost taunting her

Shalimar:"Well common hun what are ya waiting for?"

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Yes Madi,I understand perfectly." The word ‘good’ was mouthed rather obviously from Madison’s mouth as a reply, because even if Shalimar didn’t like her answer, wanted something proper it was very unlikely that she was going to co-operate.

As Shalimar leaned against the wall her dark chocolate eyes narrowed, especially with the glowing cat-like eyes her fellow Gold Strike Force team member had. Though it didn’t do much for Madison, was she supposed to get scared of that? She’d been in worse situations without getting scared, and some she had been scared in…

"Well common hun what are ya waiting for?" She had always hated pet names, and always would, so if her eyes weren’t narrowed enough, they were now. Now it would be rude to keep Shalimar waiting, so taking her first step forward with her right foot, Madison’s right hand claws pierced through her skin, the same thing happening with the claws hidden away near her left knuckles as her left foot moved her closer towards the blonde haired feral.

Madison: "I’d hate to keep you waiting, dear…"

The last word just rolled off her tongue, defiantly having a go Shalimar calling her ‘hun’. Then the middle child of the famous Wolverine’s pace quickened into somewhat of a charge, with Madison’s right arm raised in front of her, her eyes looking paste the metallic claws that had a shine from the lights above. Her left arm remained by her side, moving swiftly back and forth as she moved. Once she was a little closer to Shalimar, Madison raised her right arm a little higher and the slammed it down, aimed in the direction of Shalimar’s face.

Re: a not so friendly duel
Shalimar grinned for a moment as she saw the claws come down taking not but a split second she used her catlike agility to dodge the strike as she jumped over Madi's head she felt the sound of metal crunching as the claws went down the wall.

Regardless if they were teammates or not this was there time to finish what they started and no one was going to change that.Shalimar landed in on the ground a few feet in front of Madison as a low growl could be heard coming from the blonde haired feral. She didnt hesitate as she used the the wall as leverage she jumped along the side of the wall landing a kick across Madison's face, not a hard one mind you but one to get her direct attention.

Shalimar:"Oh common Madi and your Wolverine's daughter common now lets see what else you got!"She said in a taunting manner.

Re: a not so friendly duel
Anger began to flare up in the blood of Madison as Shalimar dodged her attack with her agility, leaving Madison’s claws to dig into the wall, leaving deep and long claw marks that should have been on Shalimar. Though this wouldn’t have been the first time the Danger Room had scratches on it’s walls, after all Wolverine lived here and his three children who had all inherited his bone claws.

Pulling her, now, adamantinum claws out of the wall, she turned at the sound of a growl escape from the blonde haired feral, before she jumped onto the wall that was obviously going to be used to her advantage. Unfortunately for Madison she was taking too long on figuring out what Shalimar’s next move was to avoid the kick straight into her face. It wasn’t too hard, Madison took note of this, why was she holding back? If they were going to finish a fight that had been started months ago, why wasn’t she going full force?

"Oh common Madi and your Wolverine's daughter common now lets see what else you got!" Again, her eyes narrowed as if sharpening their angered gaze upon Shalimar and nothing else. The taunting tone of the ferals voice only made things worse as Madison realised she really wasn’t up to scratch with her battle technique. And to think she took Martial Arts as a class, though she knew herself that she hadn’t really been focusing on that class, if any of her classes at all. She used to take the Martial Arts class that her father taught but since he obviously didn’t care abut his children Madison pulled out of it and took up the class that Psylocke offered. The only thing was Psylocke didn’t push Madison as hard as Wolverine did, that was probably another reason why she didn’t take her fathers class; he always pushed her too hard and it doesn’t take many long to figure out that Madison doesn’t like being told what to do.

Madison quickly figured that she wasn’t just slaking off in classes and training she was getting lazy. She spent her time recently fighting with herself mentally over wether or not she missed Arisa. Everyone in the school knew how much she detested her little blue stepsister, so it wasn’t easy for Madison face the fact that she missed her. Maybe if she told someone it would be easier, but she was too stubborn to let anyone else know. So, she had been spending time trying to cover up that fact, and had been slaking off and getting lazy when it came to other things. It just wasn't the same with Arisa at the Brotherhood...

Well, now wasn’t a time to be lazy, she didn’t want to lose to Shalimar… No, she wasn’t going to lose to her! Giving a roll of head to stretch her neck as if recovering from the kick to her face she prepared herself for the battle that lay against her.

"You wanna see what else I’ve got? Alright… " Her voice trailed as a small smirk washed up onto her face, she didn’t mind showing her what she knew. However, the way she stretched out her agreement showed that she had more to say…
"But there’s one rule that goes for the rest of this night; no holding back. I don’t want your petty soft kicks and punches, we go full force!" Madison’s smirk grew a little further, she knew that Shalimar wouldn’t say no to the new conditions, as she wouldn’t if the daughter of Sabretooth had come up with the plan herself.

Now, it was time for Madison to have her shot, Shalimar had slipped away the first time, but not this time, Madison was going to make sure of this. Again she charged towards Shalimar, a little faster than before thanks to her synchronization power that allowed Madison to use the same power as any other mutant around her had. In all truth, this could make Madison one of the more powerful mutants around, yet Madison didn’t always like to use the powers of other mutants since she always wanted to prove that she was someone by herself. Though she almost always used the enhanced hearing and scent, which she was hardly ever without since she was always able to absorb them from Connor.

Reaching Shalimar didn’t take to long, only a matter of a few seconds, then giving another smirk she raised her right hand, jabing a punch out of it right under Shalimar’s chin, her claws retracting in the last minute so they wouldn’t slice through Shalimar’s head, half because she wanted it to and half because her claws had a habit of retracting when she didn’t want them to. Truth be told, Madison wouldn’t have found it too bad if they had happened to pierce through Shalimar’s head.

Then she quickly moved away, if she had to go to the feral to get her attack in, Shal would have to do the same! Madison didn’t mind having the extra bit of speed on her side, sure, she didn’t always like using other mutants powers, but sometimes it’s hard to hold back.

"Your shot!" She sounded a little satisfied, over the fact that Shalimar hadn’t dodged this attack. From her little distance away she got herself into a defensive stance, much like her father would if he were in a battle. Actually this could turn out very similar to a Wolverine-Sabretooth battle, as both their daughters began the opening round of their own fight. Yet this was the next generation, and it wasn’t Madison versing Shalimar, it was Wolvertte versuing Vulpine…

Shalimar understood completely, she tryed to hold back in the past for worry of releasing the animal inside her,she knew first hand what her father was like and that's what she feared the most......becoming like him.

Shalimar's attitude however changed after Madi connected with her chin,it wasnt completely out of nowhere knowing that The Wolverette was able to shed try a lethal shot. The fact was for every little bit they were different they were alike as well.

"Fine,if thats how you want it you got it!!!!"

It was at that moment she felt the overbearing need to give in to the animalistic side of her......why fight it?

She let out almost a lion like roar as she grabbed Madison by the throat lifting her off the ground she threw her up against the wall at full force not really knowing or caring what kind of damage was inflicted. These were not teammates at this moment they were bitter enemies and all the rage between them had bubbled to the surface.

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Fine,if thats how you want it you got it!!!!" Her only too familiar smirk returned to Madison’s face, though that quickly faded as she heard the lion-like roar, which could be quite deafening if any louder. She had never met Sabretooth before, only heard stories and although she didn’t believe all the stories because people often twisted them to suit their own likes, she knew that he wouldn’t be too far off this.

The next thing the Wolverette knew was the feel of a tight grip around her neck. Quickly her hands reached up for Vulpine’s arms trying to loosen the grip around her throat, a small chocking sound even escaping from her as she tried to release her claws, though they stubbornly refused to come back out, since that didn’t work Madison wasn’t able to escape what was next. As her back slammed against the wall at such a speed a small dent was most likely formed she gave a small struggle in getting up. Her back hurt a little, nothing that wouldn’t go away within a few moments with her faster than normal healing rate.

"That’s better!" Her tone sounded cocky, something the wisest wouldn’t have said against their foe after being thrown into a wall. But the Wolverette wasn’t the wisest and if she ever was, would she really end up doing as they all do and obey their way of life?

Now wasn’t the time to think of the next move, it was time to just do it, but too many thoughts rushed to Madison’s head all at once. She didn’t want a mental battle as each thought and idea tried to push its way to the highest point in her mind… she just wanted to fight. Quickly she shook her head, the loose thoughts falling away in the process. Wolverette knew that Vulpine had a height advantage, but it didn’t take much for anyone to figure that out. But not all hope was lost, she could still use Shalimar’s height to her advantage, if she did things right…

Rushing back at Shalimar she dodged a few throws of the arm, even did a few circles around the Vulpine just feeling out her newly added agility. Knowing she wasn’t here to waste time doing laps Madison stopped in front of Shal, allowed herself to fall into a low crouching position and by putting all her weight into her left hand, her right leg swept across the floor next to the daughter of Sabretooth, barging it’s way though her feet, knocking her to the ground.

Not wasting any time she stood over Shalimar, her left foot quickly finding a new home placed upon the Vulpine’s stomach. "Too bad I can’t make you go lower into the ground to show you where you really stand," she smirked as she cherished her chance to tower over Shalimar. It was tempting to just squish a foot upon Shalimar’s face, but that wasn’t like her. Though, if she did she’d bet Lachlan wouldn’t find her so pretty anymore… But she quickly reminded herself, she’d only be lowering herself to a place lower than Shalimar herself.

The bright metallic claws pierced through Madison’s soft skin on her right hand and with a clenched fist Madison looked at them, a faint glisten shon through from the light above. An idea popped to her head as she mentally thanked her claws for having a mind of their own... for the moment.

The next thing Madison found herself doing was slashing her arm nearby her left leg, meaning across the Vulpine’s stomach. She only left a light scratch, nothing too deep but enough to wreak Shalimar’s top that she was wearing, as well as digging a little into the stomach, which would leave a small reminder of what happened. It wad been a while since she last put her claws into someone, though that was during basketball training where things got a bit fierce between herself and another girl. It wasn’t as if the girl would suffer too much, she had only clawed two of her four arms and you only need to two to play the game!

She wasn’t sure how deep she wanted her claws to go through Shalimar, if she wanted her sharp claws could do enough to cause a lot of damage, even death if she wished, though Madison didn’t want to bring her to an end, yet. She wanted more fights later on!

Again her arm swiped across Shalimar’s stomach, though no more slicing was done for her claws had retracted by themselves once again, just when she had her chance to win or at least cop a big blow to her opponent. Quickly pulling her arm back up, Madison quickly tried to move her leg off it’s stomach mound but everything previously happened so quickly, yet for the focused minds of the two girls everything seemed slower…

"I do SO give people choices!
Not my fault if they didn’t know claws were involved in the hard way!"

Re: a not so friendly duel
"That’s better!"

Shalimar's attack seemed to do the trick for the moment but the one thing she seemed not to take into account was Madison's speed and agility. Before she knew it she was on the ground being towered over by The Wolverette.

"Too bad I can’t make you go lower into the ground to show you where you really stand,"

Shalimar although she never met Wolverine it seemed like whatever he was capable of he'd deffinately passed down to his children but that just made Shalimar smirk, who would have thought that the children of longtime enemies would be on the same team doing the same thing there dad's had been doing forever..

"Aww Hun dont get cocky just yet Im a long way from being finished!"

As Madi had her fist raised for a moment Shalimar took advantage using her left forearm she swung full force into The Wolverette's jaw knocking her away,Shalimar had a smirk on her face as her feral eyes glowed the next thing Madison felt around her was Shalimar's thighs crushing her midsection as the Blonde Haired Ferel towered over her once again.

"How does that feel hun? That's a little thing I've been doing with Lachlan for a while I was curious after all to see how it would feel on another female!?"

Getting off her she pulled Madison up by the arm taking the chance she picked her up and threw her into the stairs that led from the control room down to the main floor, for the moment it seemed like Shalimar was a little bit of Daddy's little girl after all.As Madison went crashing down Shalimar could see 2 figures above in the control room both scent's were unmistakable.

"Well looks like we have a audience!"

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Aww Hun dont get cocky just yet Im a long way from being finished!" She was never one to growl, yet couldn’t help but let one out deep inside her throat, as she tried to pull her upper body away from leaning over Shalimar. It failed completely as she felt a fist bash into her jaw, knocking her backwards, at least she ended up getting away from Shalimar, just a little later than she wanted.

The next thing Madison knew was she was being towered over once again by the Vulpine. She let out a little rushed out yelp as her midsection began to get crushed by Shalimar’s strong thighs. Madison felt so helpless, she didn’t like it, it was the feeling one would feel in a losing battle. She soon felt herself returning to plain old Madison, losing her honour of being known as Wolverette. However, feeling more squashed from Shalimar’s attack she took a quick moment to wonder since when did she ever give up? Never! So what if she was a bit out of form now? This was the best way to get back in it.

"How does that feel hun? That's a little thing I've been doing with Lachlan for a while I was curious after all to see how it would feel on another female!?" She gave a disgusted look as a reply, she never wanted to know what goes on with her and Lachlan, and the last part she didn’t even want to respond to… but Madison being Madison, she took her chance to speak.

"… Hey… if I was into that kinky stuff… I’d probably like it…" Again, Madison wasn’t using wise words for the position she was in as she struggled to get her words out from her squished spot underneath Shalimar. She strained a faint smirk from her mouth, pain clearly stressing through her face as she did so.

As Shalimar hopped off her, Madison began to get a proper feeling back in her body, other than just pain as her speedy healing rate rushed to work trying to take away the pain. Though, her body didn’t have much time to spend recovering as her body was yanked up by her own right arm, as Vulpine hadn’t finished with her yet.

With her body being thrown upon the stairs, Madison realised how sharp they are when in a position like this. Her body was facing the stairs, a stair jabbing into Madison’s nose. Pain had struck it, though luckily it wasn’t broken, nor had it begun bleeding.

"Well looks like we have a audience!" As an immediate reaction Madison sniffed the air, her scent always powered by Connor, and could smell the two onlookers, one was clearly Lachlan, the other she wasn’t too sure about smelt a little like Shalimar with that same annoying scent. She had heard that Shalimar had a brother… Could it be him?

She gave a groan, from both pain and annoyance since she hadn’t planned on an audience. Madison still laid upon the stairs, her body feeling each stair beneath her. Her body was beginning to feel wasted, as she let out another small groan again.

I’m not beaten, I can’t be beaten, I’m not beaten… yet… Even Madison’s thoughts were doubting her as she still remained on the stairs. The fact Lachlan was there made her want to get up and show him that his previous girlfriend was the stronger one, the better one, but that didn’t get her up. Why had she come down here when all she wanted to do was go to bed? Why hadn’t she paid attention to the voice that called her? If she had of done that she wouldn’t be in the pain she was in now…

"Arisa…" She said softly, if she lost, she’d fail, not only herself but her family; Connor, their mother who was probably watching from above not at all pleased with what was going on, she would have failed in being a good, strong daughter to the famous Wolverine by losing to his arch rivals child, though he probably wouldn’t even care about what was going on anyway. And most of all she would have failed Arisa… Sure, she wouldn’t know what was going on, she was probably fast asleep in the depths of the Brotherhood, where she had another sister, one who probably treated her better and with respect. But if she failed she wouldn’t be able to face her the same, if they ever faced each other again.

Both Arisa and Madison had had many fights in the past, both had probably won their fair amount as well, but how come Madison couldn’t beat someone who wasn’t even her own family, she was a rival, an enemy. Why couldn’t she win? The answer soon came, Madison was only fighting for herself, always had in the past… maybe now she needed something else to fight for. Now she had something to fight for, Arisa… her family, and to show Lachlan who was better.

"Well, I’d better give our audience something to cheer about!" Madison yelled out from her stop upon the stairs. Now she was getting pumped, her body feeling ready for the next round, and the good thing was that while Madison laid still her body had time to heal itself from oncoming bruises and small cuts which Madison hadn’t even noticed were there.

"Looks as if things are starting up again." Said Lachlan from up in the control room as he heard Madison call out to Shalimar. Normally he liked watching two battle it out in the Danger Room, but it would have been more fun to watch if it were two other people though, since he felt a little edgy watching his ex-girlfriend take on the girl he had now. It was clearly obvious to Brennan by the way Lachlan was keeping a nervous eye as the fight wore on. He didn’t like the fact they were fighting, he never liked the fact that people on the same side fought when there were others out there who were worth wasting your energy on, but he knew he couldn’t stop it, and if he tried he’d probably end up getting both the girls ganging up on him!

With only a little bit of pain tingling her body Madison pushed her body up and stood on the sixth step, one of the many she had fallen on. Although, she finally knew she was ready to be the Wolverette again, she knew that beating Vulpine with strength alone wouldn’t work, not while she had been slacking off with her usual training, she’d only be thrown into every part of the room, without even getting claws to dig into Shalimar…

However, she did had her synchronisation power, as much as she preferred to use her claws and strength this power as a part of her, a gift from her mother. It was her power, so she could use it, it wouldn’t be cheating, it’s not Madi’s fault that not all mutants have the power to use other mutants powers that they’ve been with during the day. It would have been good if she could use Lachlan’s sonic voice, but he was too far from her to absorb, so she’d have to remember what mutants she’d passed along the corridors today.

In the kitchen this morning having breakfast the same time as her was a shapeshifter who was talking with a girl who could absorb the electricity, store it in her body and release it. Looking up to the lights Madison knew that electricity absorption wouldn’t work unless she could get herself up there, and the shapeshifting powers wouldn’t do much, what could she do with that? Alter her appearance and try and scare her off with an ugly face?

Then for the remainder of the day she spent in her room, trying to read a novel for English but the words were invisible to Madison. Though, she did have the odd walk around the corridors to stretch her legs, who had she passed along the way?

"Hope they’ve got pop corn up there. Know I wouldn’t want to watch the fun stuff without some," Her smirk returned once again, spreading its way out of Madison’s mouth, mainly speaking to buy time until she remembered who else she had passed during the day. Actually, the shapeshiftng powers could be used after all as she shifted her body, soon looking like Lachlan. "I remember how he brought me popcorn whenever he took me to the movies, though he ate most it himself. Bet he’s craving for it up there." Her smirk still remained though it was worn on Lachlan’s mouth as she used his dark blue eyes to look across the Danger Room to Shalimar.

Meanwhile up in the control room Lachlan coughed in a poor attempt to cover up his stomach grumbling. Although Madison may not had heard it he didn’t want to give her the satisfaction that he was hungry, he hadn’t had his dinner yet. Just as he was off to the kitchen to raid the fridge he was called to come over here, so he hadn’t had anything to eat since lunchtime.

Quickly Madison’s body shifted out of Lachlan’s form and back to her normal appearance as the realisation of passing another mutant during the day who could summon plants from anywhere as well as control them, her specialty was controlling vines, pinning down her enemy with them, Madison knew this since they took the same Martial Arts class.

Making her way down the stairs, Madison still wore her smirk as she was ready to make her next move, with a motivation this time of not wanting to fail her family, instead of just herself. If she won, she would have proven that she was stronger, and she could be the strong big sister, hopefully better than the one Arisa had at the Brotherhood.

Round two had begun…

Raising her arms she concentrated solely on summoning vines from deep within the ground, until the surface of the Danger Room began to crack. Cassie, the mutant who Madi absorbed to powers of, was extremely skilled with her vines and as she got stronger with her power so did her vines, so Madi’s vines had the same strength as Cassie’s. The ground around Shalimar began to crack even more as two strong vines entwined their way up Shalimar’s legs, getting a firm grip on her, not allowing her to move no matter how hard she struggled. The ground cracked a little more as two more vines shot up from the ground grabbing the Vulpine’s arms, thus making them unusable. Lastly, a thicker vine wrapped itself around her chest, though it didn’t have much of a hold, at the moment anyway.

Slowly making her way over to Shalimar, she didn’t have to rush for her foe was virtually paralysed, Madison allowed her claws to side out, again they glistened from the lights above. "Comfy?" She asked in a mocking tone getting closer to Shalimar with each step, "Maybe you aren’t…" She said, ignoring any words that she may have said since she last spoke. "… How about we make sure it’s all nice and tight, that way you won’t escape me." With a wave of her hand the thick vine around tightened it’s grip around Shal’s chest most likely making it harder for her to breathe.

Once Wolverette was only a few steps away from the vine-captive mutant she lunged forward, her claws swiping through Shalimar’s stomach once again, a little deeper this time, though it wouldn’t cause too much harm since her rapid healing ability would probably make things all better sooner or later. A little bit of blood even stained the tips of Madison’s claws, "Too bad the vampires from before aren’t here, they’d love this stuff!" Madison said in a taunting tone as she studied the crimson liquid that remained among the tips of her claws before she wiped it away on Shalimar’s clawed top.

Letting her claws retract on her order, the small cuts they caused quickly healing immediately. Then she slammed her right fist into Shalimar’s still wounded stomach, the only problem for Madison was that now she had her foe’s blood on her fist. But she didn’t allow that to worry her since she began to feel a strain from controlling the vines. She knew if she held them much longer they’d drain her of her energy, so giving a flick with her left hand the vines around Vulpine’s arms and legs let go, the think one with the tight grip quickly taking all of Shalimar’s weight and threw her across the room letting her bash into the wall.

At the sound of Shalimar connecting with the wall Madison began to realise how good her power absorption ability really was!

(:| …Wow… This is like the longest post I’ve ever done… Too bad it’s wasted on you!:p )

"Well, I’d better give our audience something to cheer about!"

The next thing Shalimar knew Madison was pumped up and ready for more, not really surprising really considering her rapid healing factor.Shalimar's attitude had changed a lot in her views toward Madison the fact was with everything that Shalimar threw at her she just kept coming back it truelly was admirable.

The next thing that came up was a bit of mental mainpulation as Madison transformed into Vulpine's boyfriend. That of course being the last thing the Blonde Haired Feral expected but she tryed to think up the way to approach this sure Lachlan and Brennan were in the control room but the fact is her relationship with Lachlan was a serious thing.

"Hope they’ve got pop corn up there. Know I wouldn’t want to watch the fun stuff without some,.I remember how he brought me popcorn whenever he took me to the movies, though he ate most it himself. Bet he’s craving for it up there."

"More manipulation girl dont listen to it....."Shalimar told herself but the nex thing she knew she was caught and temporarily restrained by vines? She felt the strength being sucked from her but almost as fast as they were on her they let her go only to be greeted with the cold hard surface of the metal wall.

Brennan and Lachlan watched as Shalimar hit the wall hard falling to the ground in a heap.

"Wow I really wasn't expecting this Lachlan.........man those 2 have a lot of attitude in them!"

As the Two watched Shalimar got to her feat noticing her shirt was ripped down the middle she just ripped it off without a Second thought as the dangerroom seemed to almost shake with Shalimar's reaction in the form of another but louder and more primal roar. She ran at superhuman speed slamming The Wolverette into the wall once again she had Madison by the throat but this time it seemed like she really was trying to choke her out, something deep down had struck a chord and the sarcastic but kinda and sometimes shy Shalimar Creed was gone for the moment in place of her was the emotion fueled Vulpine.

Shalimar:"You little bitch! You just dont get it do you?You think you have me figured out but the fact is you have no idea!!!!"

She threw Madison into one of the windows holding some spare equipment but although Madi missed the equipment she went right through the window.

Shalimar stopped dead in her tracks as she looked up to see the look on her brother and boyfriends faces.

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Wow I really wasn't expecting this Lachlan.........man those 2 have a lot of attitude in them!" With his arms folded Lachlan nodded, he knew the attitude and tempers of both girls, though he knew Madisons' quite a lot more than Shalimar’s. "Whatever happened to girls just yelling at each other until they lost their voices?!" He said recalling seeing other girls who lived under the Institutes roof just yelling it out to one another, the only violence seen would have been the occasional slap but that was about all. Nothing ever like this.

At the sound of almost earth-shaking roar Madison just rolled her eyes. Really, was that supposed to scare her? Though Madison wasn’t prepared for what was next, she didn’t care, the pain would leave as soon as it started all she needed to do was bring as much pain as she could to Shalimar without allowing her speedy healing to kick in. That’s the only way she could win.

As she was slammed against the wall, Madison didn’t even bother to struggle, her arms didn’t even reach up to give herself a fighting chance to gasp another breath of air as her neck was strangled once again. She had realised, this was a battle that had happened many times before. Her father had been in the same situation as this and come out alive, though he probably fought more to stay this way, but Madison knew that there was one little difference, Shalimar. That was what made this battle that tad different. She was more human than her father, she was nicer and to Madison’s disgust, friendly towards others, plus she was fighting on the same side as herself. She wouldn’t do any real harm, no matter how far her animal instincts took her it just wasn’t Shalimar.

"You little bitch! You just dont get it do you?You think you have me figured out but the fact is you have no idea!!!!" What that a threat of some sort? At that though Madison flashed a smile, her white teeth showing through as they gritted to hold in the pain though her smile wasn’t of friendliness, it was more of a taunting smile. If she didn’t know Shalimar, she was ready to find out, which she did within the next few seconds.

As her body smashed through the window, Madison could feel the glass cutting through her clothes and into her skin. See, as much as she was like her father she didn’t take the opportunity to kill Madison. There was no time to ponder about who she had to fight for, what she had to fight for, she already knew and pushed herself back up and let her healing powers get to work as quick as they could while there was a short pause in battle.

As Shalimar looked up to the two guys in the Control Room Lachlan just seemed to stare at both girls silently, he still hadn't really warmed up to the two fighting and soon enough felt himself getting sleepy. He had done studying and homework (since he hadn’t done much all week and was getting into trouble for it) as well as gone for a long jog first thing in the morning, as he did almost every day to keep himself fit. "As much as I’d love to stay, I’m stuffed. Let me know who wins in the morning!" A yawn creeping through as he spoke, he didn’t really want to stay anyway. He knew the fight would go on forever if one of them didn’t throw in the towel soon and he still didn’t like seeing the two of them fight. He knew he could stay, it would probably be the right thing to do, but he wasn't going to watch people who were on the same school team battle it out until one was hurt in such a bad shape Beast wuold have to be woken from his sleep to attend to the wounds immediatly.

"Maybe he’s gone off to get popcorn," the taunting voice of Madison quickly sprung into action at the first sign of seeing Lachlan leave. She gave a quick glance down to her arm and watched as the cuts faded away into nothing, one wound remained though since glass was still digging into Madison’s arm. Not that much of a problem though, she quickly pulled it out and watched as the cut healed over, the only sign that a cut had been there was some blood that had seeped out of the wound.

Up on her feet the glass that had fallen onto the floor crushed under the first sign of having weight upon it. "I think I’m beginning to understand you more. You’ve showed me enough to prove that you’re some kind of animal, a beast, just like your father before you," Madison smiled from her spot, enjoying every part of their fight so far. She hadn’t had such a battle as this one for quite some time, her Martial Arts class didn’t count since mutant powers couldn’t be used that often. This was a real fight, mutant powers and all. "You probably would have been better off with him and mutants of that kind," No matter how hard Shalimar tried to resist it, this was playing on her and going to Madison’s advantage, if she kept talking soon or later the Vulpine’s mind would be overrun with anger and no longer think straight. That could end up with two different results, one being that she turns into an attacking monster, or her thoughts too angry to even attack properly, leaving her a weak target.

"To bad you’re here though, filled with your friendliness and joy. It’s pretty pathetic really, I mean, who are you trying to kid? People know who your father is, no matter how hard you tried to keep it secret the word spreads." It was true though, you couldn’t really keep secrets in this place, though Madison didn’t do her best to try and help Shalimar with keeping it secret. She told everyone she could when she got the chance. It was bad with rumours though, they could be twisted and altered so much, what was once a funny joke could end up being the worst thing that happened to you. "It was only a matter of time until you showed your real face to us all. Too bad I’m the only one who really gets to see it, I know your brother would probably lie to cover for you and Lachlan would do the same since he’s too blind to know what’s good for him." As she spoke she moved away from the smashed window, glass crunching underneath her flat-heeled leather boots.

The good thing with her power to absorb other mutant’s abilities was the fact that she almost always held the same strength of that power with her, and much to her dislike the same weaknesses though that was always covered up by another mutant’s powers. "Anyway, as much as I know you love to hear voice, let’s continue with the fun!" A played smirk showed up on her face at the memory of having a chat with a fire-controlling mutant. She had been told not to play with fire when she was younger, but it always seemed so powerful and exciting, now was her chance to play!

Wolverette held out her right hand, her palm flat and facing the ceiling. Focusing, a small ball of fire grew until it stopped at the size of a tennis ball. She could have made it bigger, but there was too much concentration involved and with her mind wanting to win the fight she found thinking a hard task. Then Madison’s left hand was placed next to her right as another fire tennis ball appeared.

Admiring them for a few moments Madison threw them straight at Shalimar, both of them not quite hitting her but brushing past her sides, the heat could probably be felt before they extinguished before they even reached they other side of the room. But Madison never wanted them to quite hit her, though if one did it was no big loss, it had kept Shalimar still so she wouldn’t get hit. While she had thrown the fireballs Madison took her chance to use her borrowed speed and lunge straight at Shalimar.

Her right arm slammed into the Vulpine’s left thigh causing her leg to flick back a little, though not much pain was inflicted with it, but as Madison allowed her claws to release right into her opponents leg pain would defiantly be felt. Her left hand clenched as their claws also came into the open air, until they slashed across the Shalimar’s stomach once again, though going in the opposite direction of the claws marks from before that had started to heal.

"You know, you’re a disgrace to the name Creed!" A devilish grin plastered on her face as she spoke, her right hand wriggling around a little, causing the claws to slice through more of Shalimar’s leg. The warm feel of blood began to spill across her hand.

(ooc- Sorry for making Lachlan leave, just have to get him to bed so he can get possessed!)

Re: a not so friendly duel
"As much as I’d love to stay, I’m stuffed. Let me know who wins in the morning!"

Shalimar took a moment as her boyfriend left the dangerroom, maybe he was tired maybe he just didn't want to watch anymore either way Vulpine wished him a good night in her heart as he walked away from the window and out of sight.

Brennan:"Night Lachlan."

Shalimar put her attention back on the fight seing Madison had made her way out the broken glass and had healed but it wasn't a surprise, both girls had advanced healing so they would be going forever at this rate.

"Maybe he’s gone off to get popcorn,"

The Blonde Haired Ferel just rolled her eyes,What was with the popcorn thing was it supposed to be some kind of running gag to get her agitated well it wasn't working.Shalimar just waited back for Madison to advance again,at least in her mind it wasn't foolish,if it was any other person she might had gone in for the final blow but Madison always seemed like the kind of person to have some kind trick up her sleeve so Vulpine just waited for Madison to come to her.

"I think I’m beginning to understand you more. You’ve showed me enough to prove that you’re some kind of animal, a beast, just like your father before you.You probably would have been better off with him and mutants of that kind,"

Shalimar just laughed at the attempt to get under her skin, although she was more or less taking to the her wildcat traits in this fight she still had her intellegence.

Shalimar:"Oh please Madison,Thats the pot calling the kettle Black....Your exactly the type of Hypoctrical bitch I've learned to laugh at."

"To bad you’re here though, filled with your friendliness and joy. It’s pretty pathetic really, I mean, who are you trying to kid? People know who your father is, no matter how hard you tried to keep it secret the word spreads. It was only a matter of time until you showed your real face to us all. Too bad I’m the only one who really gets to see it, I know your brother would probably lie to cover for you and Lachlan would do the same since he’s too blind to know what’s good for him."

The feral just smiled although she was a little agitated by the fact The Wolverette had tryed to use Psycholical tactics on her,she didnt need any advanced abilities to tell that was exactly what she was trying to do.

Shalimar:"Oh c'mon now all your talking and your expecting that to upset me?........Please hun the fact is I dont care my brother's my brother he can believe what he want's as for Lachlan I've shared a lot more than you think.See thats what I mean you always go off on the fact Sabertooth's my father I mean your dad isn't Mr Suave either.

Finally Madison went for Shalimar her claws slicing across her stomach then going the other way into her leg

"You know, you’re a disgrace to the name Creed!"

Shalimar just smiled,no outbursts,no nothing deep down all Madison was doing was adding fuel to the fire.Vulpine backhanded Madison down to the ground in front of her as Shalimar's wounds started to heal she got behind Madison putting all the pressure of her non injured leg directly on the back of Madison's neck although if she had wanted to kill her she could have just snapped her neck with her hands the main purpose here was to return the favor from Madison's earlier tactics.

Shalimar:"I am am I?Why because Im not a killer? The fact is Madison your so arrogant, you see everything in Black and White, all it took in the beginning was for me to tell you who I was related to and you immediantly passed judgement on me,you of all people passing judgement on someone? The fact is regardless of if you care about your dad or not both our fathers were and still are killers, just yours decided to change sides and fight for Xavier. The fact is Madison you can hate me till the end of time and telling you Im not like my father doesn't do anthing because if I was a killer like him you'd despise me and because Im more compassionatte you think Im weak or something? You have some major issues hun and before you start judging other people worry about yourself and your family first.....Btw I could easily have snapped your neck but contrary to what you might believe Im only a animal to tne enemy although Im sure that does hurt like hell."

Re: a not so friendly duel
Not that being backhanded onto the ground was enough, Madison had the body weight of Shalimar pressing right down on her neck. Pain began to tingle through it, but Madison wasn’t going to show it, though if she did it would be a bit hard with her face shoved into the ground.

"I am am I?Why because Im not a killer? The fact is Madison your so arrogant, you see everything in Black and White, all it took in the beginning was for me to tell you who I was related to and you immediantly passed judgement on me,you of all people passing judgement on someone?" Madison just smirked, did she really think that the fact her father is Sabretooth was what made Madison get the sudden dislike towards Shalimar? Madison never once liked someone she met first off, from there it went either one of two ways, either she’d grow a liking towards them and that was rare. The other was the most common one, she’d despise them, it was just knowing who Vulpine’s father was that made her hate her so quickly. She never cared if people liked her or not back, though she felt that it was worse if they liked her still.

"The fact is regardless of if you care about your dad or not both our fathers were and still are killers, just yours decided to change sides and fight for Xavier." Although she didn’t care much towards her father she still had some sort of respect for him. It had gained a little more from remembering stories about the battles between him and Sabretooth and from meeting Shalimar.

"The fact is Madison you can hate me till the end of time and telling you Im not like my father doesn't do anthing because if I was a killer like him you'd despise me and because Im more compassionatte you think Im weak or something?" Although it was a strain on her neck, Madison nodded, her long brown hair being pulled as she did so, due to it being the only thing between Shalimar’s foot and her neck. She was weak. The more people you care for the more you have to look out for them, and with more people the more likely someone will get into trouble and you’d have to go and save them. The less people you cared for the better, more time to spend looking after yourself, that was the way Madison thought anyway.

"You have some major issues hun and before you start judging other people worry about yourself and your family first..." Like that was the first time someone told her that she had major issues. Madison’s eyes narrowed as she commented on her having to worry about herself, and her family. What did she have to worry about herself for? Madison almost took that as a threat. She certainly wasn’t going to worry about her family, well Connor if anyone, but her father? Like he cared! Arisa? The two always fought… yet Madison still missed her… Maybe that’s why this fight was so entertaining, it was making up for the past six months without any bickering between herself and Arisa.

"…Btw I could easily have snapped your neck but contrary to what you might believe Im only a animal to tne enemy although Im sure that does hurt like hell." Another smirk strained from Madison’s lips, maybe Shalimar wasn’t that much of an animal after all. If she really was Madison’s neck would have been snapped a long time ago, or at the very least some more pain or torture before the animal took it’s kill.

"Hurt?" Madison chuckled a little, although it did hurt Shalimar was still going to be the last person she’d admit that to. "More like one of those neck massages you pay heaps for and to think I’m getting this for free!" It was almost as if she was mocking Shalimar. This would have been the best time for Vulpine to put more pressure onto Madison’s neck, Madison knew that. She may not have been wise, but she was nowhere near dumb. The powers Madison had each skimmed through her mind once, as if flicking through a pile of papers looking through the right one until she found the one she wanted.

Putting her concentration on the ground, which was only just right beneath her face, Madison focused on the vines sprouting up from the ground. Not too long later the sound of the ground cracking entered the Danger Room. Quickly three vines broke through and charged at Shalimar, each wrapping itself around her waist and pulling her off from Madison.

"I gave you too much credit calling you an animal, you’re not," She called out as she got up and watched Shalimar be pulled away by the vines, until she ordered them to stop but not loosen their grip on her. "Animal’s kill, you don’t…" Madison ordered the vines to tighten their grip, each wrapped itself tighter than before placing more pressure on Vulpine’s chest. "Maybe you are an animal still," She debated with herself, even tapping away at her chin for a few moments as she paced back and forth acting as if she was thinking. "There are exceptions, like those grass eating ones. You could be a fierce little bunny at this rate!" She said coming to a conclusion, getting a rush of sarcastic excitement through her body.

A devilish smile crossed Madison’s face as an idea popped into her mind. "Let’s teach you how to bounce little bunny," she gave a gesture with her hands as she took control of the vines once again, sure they were slowly wasting away at her energy but this was too fun to stop. The vines did as told to do and raised Shalimar up and down much to Madison’s pleasure. "Bounce… Bounce… Bounce…" A dark laugh escaped from Madison as she did so. She really had to go and thank Cassie for her mutant gift. Without her power Madison wouldn’t be able to have such fun as this.

"You’re right, ya know, I do have issues," Madison stated quite proudly, "But that’s what keeps me so different from everyone else here. I’d just hate to be like the mutant next to me." By now she had stopped the vines from making Shalimar looks as if she was bouncing, the energy drain they were causing was getting stronger, so Madison ordered the vines to throw Shalimar onto the shattered glass that she had previously gotten up off.

With a pivot Madison had turned and looked down at the body lying upon shattered glass. She glanced down at her hands, claws still out, she could go on a nice little stabbing spree with them. Then she though better of it, wouldn’t be half as fun as the idea that popped into her head.

Letting her claws sink back into her body Madison remained focused on her hands, the palms of each one facing the ceiling once again. It was clear what she was going to do, more fire was coming. Focusing her mind on it much more than she had before the fire came quicker, which was good, Madison didn’t want to wait too long, it’d only give Shalimar time to get up.

Once the two fire balls in each hand were big enough, just a bit larger than tennis balls, Madison threw them both at Shalimar’s legs, aimed between her knees and ankles. Once they merged together the fire began to burn through Vulpine’s pants, then hopefully, in Madison’s thoughts, engulf her foe in fiery flames.

Shalimar had to smile, even in the face of battle Madison had a cocky attitude which she had every right to be she had stretched Shalimar further than she had ever gone in a fight it was a challenge she wasn't use to but at the same time loved every minute of it.However the Blondie haired ferals dimeanor changed as she felt the crushing of vines as they shot up from the ground.Honestly though it wasn't a major surprise the attack had worked so well before.

"I gave you too much credit calling you an animal, you’re not, Animal’s kill, you don’t…There are exceptions, like those grass eating ones. You could be a fierce little bunny at this rate!"

Shalimar just rolled her eyes as Madison taunted her the fact was Madison seemed to like fighting to much but that Shalimar didn't hold against her in fact all it did was make the desire to get her hands on The Wolverette even more appealing.

"You’re right, ya know, I do have issues,But that’s what keeps me so different from everyone else here. I’d just hate to be like the mutant next to me."

Shalimar was then thrown through the air landing on the broken glass that she had thrown Madison into earlier in the fight. The next thing she saw out of the corner of her eye was Two fireballs being launched at her as they reached her legs she felt the leather on her pants start to melt.

"Hun that was a big mistake!!!!"

Shalimar got up quickly using her animalistic speed to her advantage she managed to put the fire out on her pants although her legs were slightly burned she felt them healing.

"So you like to be unique huh ?Well after I mutilate that face of yours ull deffinately be unique!"

Shalimar lunged for Madison knocking her to the ground at the same time landing on top ready to strike. Her finger nails seemed to take on more of a look of feral claws as she smiled.

"Well thanks for sharing some of your dear daddy's talents how about I share mine?!"

Waisting no time her claws slashed across Madison's face then across the chest. She then took Madison legs opening them up like she was going to snap them.

"Make a wish?"

*Brennan*"Shalimar stop!!!!

The next thing the 2 girls heard was Shalimars younger brother screaming over the pa and Shalimar reacted by letting go of Madisons legs and instead helping her back up as the battle had seemed to have ended just as sporatically as it had started.

*ooc*Alrighty the fights finished so I guess ya wanna finish this up with a little more dialogue? ^^

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Hun that was a big mistake!!!!" Madison just gave a shrug of her shoulders, not really showing much emotion in it at all. She’d done many mistakes in the past, if there was a mistake here it would end up just like the rest of them. Quickly forgotten, a bruise or two as the only reminders if there were even any. She watched as Shalimar got up to her feet and used her speed to let the flames go out. A smirk formed as she watched smoke raise from the burnt leather, at least it had caused some form of harm to her, some pairs of leather pants could be quite expensive!

"So you like to be unique huh ?Well after I mutilate that face of yours ull deffinately be unique!" Scoffing at the remark didn’t give Madison time to prepare to be bulldozed over as Vulpine lunged right at her. Lying on the ground she looked up at her foe, just waiting to see the next move she’d pull. Then the clawed finger nails caught her attention, only to add a smirk to Madisons face, she was going to get a feel of the famous Creed claws.

"Well thanks for sharing some of your dear daddy's talents how about I share mine?!" A small squeal of pain escaped from Madison as she felt the claws slice through her skin, would barely have been heard to the normal ear but for those with enhanced hearing it was clearly heard. A vengeful dark glare also escaped soon after as blood began to trickle down her face and across her chest. Her healing powers were always slower than everyone else in her families, but today it had been boosted from Shalimar’s healing power, though this time Madison just relied on her own healing power to kick in since she didn’t have time to focus on the healing as her legs were lifted…

"Make a wish?" Trying to kick her way out of it was no use, Shalimar had too tight a grasp for that to happen. She just rolled her eyes at what she though was a cheap comment. Wishes would be made a little later on, when Madison had Shalimar right where she wanted her…

"Shalimar stop!!!!" The deep male voice echoed for a moment through the Danger Room, clearly it was Shalimar’s brother, since he was the only one in the control room. Madison felt her legs fall to the ground and her body laid there for a moment. It wasn’t over just because Brennan said to stop… was it?

If Madison didn’t like the fact that another brother brought one of their fights to an end, she despised the fact that she was helped up by Vulpine. She felt as if she was being pitied, as if she wasn’t able to get up by herself, that she needed the assistance of others to help her with a simple task, although her legs did feel a little shaky as she got back on them again. She quickly pulled herself a little distance away from Shalimar, not taking to the kind gesture in a thanking manor.

The fight was over, it was clear that Shalimar had had enough, maybe Madison had had enough also, but she didn’t let it show. Her pride was hurt a little, mainly for the fact that she had been helped up, not because she had blood soaking her black tank top and covering a large part of her face since her own healing powers were only just starting to kick in. Not because she could have been beaten a few times during the night and had managed to escape, just because she had been helped up.

"Brother’s have to ruin all the fun," A glare that had started on Shalimar turned up towards Brennan in the Control Room. She had never really met the guy, but never liked him, which wasn’t something new, she didn’t like many at all. Now she disliked him even more for braking up the fight. It was as if he didn’t think she could handle what was going to come if Shalimar went through with her attack.

Madison’s right arm reached up to her face, a hand swiping across, causing blood to smear, then she lowered her hand and stared at the blood for a moment. "You’re so gonna pay for this," Her voice ringed with a growl as she spoke. "And once I get through with you, don’t expect your healing powers to react to the damage I’ve given." If the girls were ten years younger Madison’s threat would probably have been over losing in a ball game or some sort of childish game, it probably even sounded childish, but Madison didn’t care, she would get her revenge one day.

"He might also be in trouble too," Madison said glaring back up to Brennan again. "Tell me, what right does he have to brake our fun up?" She looked back at Shalimar, as if waiting for her to know and tell the answer. Madison had all rights to know, it was supposed to be a fight between the two, no disruptions. How does it end? With it being broken up!

Re: a not so friendly duel
"Brother’s have to ruin all the fun,"

Shalimar watched as Brennan walked out of the control room standing at the top of the stairs that lead down to the floor of the danger room, out of all people there wasn't a person even Madison who was more upset then Vulpine

"Brennan what the hell is your problem, you had no right to interfere in this! This was between me and Madison you had no right!"

"You’re so gonna pay for this,"And once I get through with you, don’t expect your healing powers to react to the damage I’ve given."

Shalimar turned her attention back to Madison as she spouted off, these 2 ladies tempers were at a all time high but as she watched the blood drip off her face Shalimar had a evil grin on her face.

"Madison you told me not to hold back and I didn't and now your upset because I did exaclty what you wanted and not happy with the results?Well life's full of surprises but for what it's worth you put me through the ringer and back"

"He might also be in trouble too,"Tell me, what right does he have to brake our fun up?"

She deserved a anwser at least and Brennan anwsered.

*Brennan*I stopped the fight because 1 you two had already taken each other through hell and back and it needed to stop and two you two would have gone forever and I think the others would still like access to the Danger Room?"
