Beats me. You've posted there recently so I guess you've figured it out by now. R&T would be the only one that might know all that. I'm just a Keeper there.

I agree. Over-ripe isn't a good thing but a little under-ripe is just fine. As long as they're mostly yellow, I'll eat them. Unless there's brown there as well. Then I'll pass.
