S. Ichii with Yuko Nakazawa.
I like the songs in this album cause most of them are pretty good. I'm guessing most of the songs are old folk songs? Anyone can tell me where I can get romanji lyrics for song no.1 kono hiro nohara ippai and no.9 komome ha kamome? Thanks. I wish momosu would sing this type of songs once in while for variety....

I don't think they're all folk songs, as the album has a remake of the song "Furusato". I think that the songs in the album are in a "Folk Song" style

Hopefully this album/performance will not be a one-time deal. I really liked it. I was most impressed by the performance.
To anybody who's watched it: who are those two guys that performed "aruhi totsuzen" and "shushufu" with them? And what was the name of the song they all sang together immediately after those two? And what was that last encore they performed (in the Santa outfits)?

Dunno who those guys are but the song they sang afterwards is called "Kimi no Hitomi wa Ichiman Volt"
And the song in the santa outfits is called "Koibito ga Santa Claus"

I am Japanese. And I am not good at English.
This song is very nostalgic for me.
I thought that I would translate these words. However, since it was slightly serious for me, I gave up.

Re: S. Ichii with Yuko Nakazawa.
Thank you for the lyrics transcription. Do you know which of the songs on the album are original and which are covers of older songs?
Re: S. Ichii with Yuko Nakazawa.
I'm pretty sure that all of them are covers, even though I was only familiar with about half of them. I think the CD booklet gives the names of the original perfomers along with the lyircs for all of the songs, but I'm not at home now so I can't double check. Oh yeah, the DVD of the convert came out at the end of last week. I found a copy of it friday, but I've been too busy to watch it yet.

Thanks a lot Parsley. I really love the songs. A good break from typical jpop music.

Kamomeha kamome
        original singer: Naoko Ken
        word & music: Miyuki Nakajima
        relese year: 1978
===============================================
Although Naoko Ken was a female singer, she was playing an active part also in the comedy show on TV. The name of the show is Kakkurakin Daihousou. A short conte was in the program and she was playing Naoko Obaachan(grandmom). She had sung the "Kamoeha kamome" after this conte.
Although Kei Yasuda is performing Yasuda Obaachan in Hello Morning now, this is strongly influenced in Naoko Obaachan.
Pretty ^^
I see that I need to find some mp3s or something and listen to these songs... they sound really nice, from what everyone's describing! I'd especially like to hear the remake of Furusato.
Thanks for posting those lyrics, Parsley... they're beautiful, especially the first song! I'd love to hear those... must find them. ^^

Questions
What are the names of the two songs performed solo by Sayaka and Yuko (respectively) before they introduce Hirofumi Banba and Takao Horiuchi? Also, what is the song they sing after Banba and Horiuchi go off-stage?
BTW, I found some concert recordings of Alice on DVD. I ripped a portion of their "Budokan Live" concert (performed August 29, 197 that sounded familiar. Check it out!
