In the heart of the Turtle mountains of North Dakota, away from major human contact, wolves from other states and even Canada have returned after centuries to restake their claim in the land. At the same time another group of wolves have arrived: mysterious wolves who are seemingly appearing out of nowhere- wolves from another world, a world with magic, their powers now lost in the journey. There isn't enough space for two packs in the lands, but both sides are strong. And there is, of course, a lingering fear of the unknown...
