I wonder if that female savage steeling the astronaughts uniform was Nova! Either of you two have any idea? Anyway it was fantastic. It would be great if they could come out with an expanded edition of POTA with all those lost scenes (ofcourse I suppose they would have to come up with a few more. Maybe they will someday. I hope so!). Well, I don't know if Linda would sign photo's you order off from eBay or not as I've never sent her such photo's. I've asked her to sighn a POTA:2001 WOMAN IN CART (a.k.a. Nova) card but that was sent along with my payment for photo's ordered on her sight. That's differenet than if I had just sent her the card and asked for her to sign it without also sending in payment for photos I had allready ordered from her. She might do it for you. I just don't know (not haveing done it myself). It might be interesting to see if she would. I think she would but I can't garantee it as I've not asked that of her myself. -cozad
cozad Unregistered User (6/17/03 4:09 am) Reply	Hue Chronen. It was actor Hue Chronen who died, Gene (although I'm probably spelling his name wrong-sorry.). He was married to Jessica Tandy (does anyone know if Jessica Tandy was also in CACOON?). Jessica Tandy past away some years back I believe. Greggory Peck (star of the classic film "To Kill a Mawking Bird") has also passed away. Hue Chronen was in his 90's and Greggory Peck was in his late 80's I believe. Great actors who will both be missed. -cozad

E.g., that scene from "Beneath" when Taylor and Nova drink from a puddle (you know, the one from the trailer). Hm, I don't know who died. Maybe you can look up all actors of "Cocoon" on the ImdB. You're right cozad, an extended version of POTA and maybe also BTPOTA would be awesome . BTW I don't think that was Nova... $:\$ . Remember - we discussed earlier that in the hunt scene you only get to see Nova in the close shots. Linda seems to have been treated like a celebrity already, probably due to Zanuck $:\$ . I, too, like to think that was Nova, but I think she wasn't. Also, what I've noticed in other shots there is at least one woman that looks very similar to Nova / Linda when you don't get to see her face that clear $:\$ . Anyway, glad you liked the pictures, cozad (BTW between the first and second shot Taylor puts his hand away from beneath Nova's head, then her head drops slightly). But sad you didn't get the soundfile - why not? I assume your PC can play .mp3-files, can't it? The file is only a bit over 300 KB large, if it doesn't play when you click on it you can just rightclick on it, save it and then play it with Windows Media Player or something. cozad Unregistered User (6/17/03 4:27 am) Reply	The Lost Scene: Yes, Stefan, I thought I had meantioned it but I was wrong. I was really impressed with all of it (includeing the lost scene). Its great to see Nova from another angle (and full-length yet!) with Taylor in the cage. I couldn't get the sound however but the screen captures were great just the same. Thankyou very much! That was fantastic! Still, in that scene with the savages steeling the clothes, do you think that was Nova? -cozad

As for 'they're" I already knew that one. It was just one of my infamous typo's. And 'including (again the drop the 'e' with 'ing' rule)' and not 'includeing'. I wonder if this is going to stick with me this time. Well, you keep rebuking me untill I get it right. Yes, I heard the whole sound file, Stefan (includeing "they'll have to kill me too."). Yes, that would have been a funny question to ask Linda (I wish I'd thought of it). It would have gotten lots of laughs. But you know, I really am curious (not only about the foot-print but about the woman steeling the clothes-weather or not that was also Linda). Yes, it would be great if Linda did another chat. Think of all the questions we could think up after all our discussions on the forum! Gene, I read your story (Chapter 9). Lots of action. Liked the scenes with the Zira and Cornelius in the plane. It was funny when Brent decided to quit smoking (that whole running gag in there about Nova trying to get Brent to stop smoking was great stuff!). I was a little curious, Gene. In one of the paragraphs you type about the airplain going "More and more higher" or words to that effect. Well the first "more" you miss-typed as 'moire' with an accent over the 'e' as in proper French. I found this an interesting typo as the word is an interesting one. Moire is a wavy watery like pattern often engraved on fabrics. I would have dismissed it as a typo but you actually put the accent over the 'e'. I was wondering, do you write and speak French? I don't but I'm familer with the word 'moire' just the same. -cozad

BTW, I think if you look at it you can notice she has "wilder" hair if you know what I mean, doesn't look like Nova's hair (I could be wrong) $:\$ . BTW, regarding the screentest that's also on the "Behind"-DVD, what I find quite cool is that they say one of the most beautiful women caught Taylor's attention (it's in the pre-sequence of the screentest, so the woman is only portrayed in a picture, she's blonde BTW). They didn't have the name Nova yet, but that means that this scene where Taylor looks at Nova at the beginning was really meant to be what you would think of - Taylor thinks "damn, isn't that girl beautiful" . Yeah, a chat with Linda would be soooo great... $:\$ . BTW trimonkey, where you just making things up all the time? You're recent replies and new topics seem kind of strange... $:\$ . Bye Stefan

Don't know if its the same actress but it might be. I think they origionaly intended for Nova to be a blonde but than went with the brunette look and cast Linda (think God!). BTW, I'm not picking up the emoticons anylonger. So I have so way to desearn your emotional state. I feel colar blind (LOL!). -cozad (cool dude wearing a hat, shades and smoking).

And I saw "To kill a mockingbird" not too long ago, Gregery Peck was a good actor, I know some girls in my drama club who had crushes on him. And I'm glad you finally read chapter 9 cozad. I had Brent quit smoking in the story, because in real life, James Franciscus died of ephozyma (I think it's a smoking disease) so I kind of immortalized him in Brent. Later, -Gene
