anyway, in it, night mares and day mares are horses, I forget all the associations with them, but its very natural to hear the words and think of other words that sound the same are even spelled the same.

Yes, Kali has many aspects, some of which are very gentle and some are like the ones most often depicted in pictures of her, with blood dripping from her mouth.

Yeah, I like to have long conversations about ideas,
as long as people know how to discuss stuff. I cannot stand when someone is just in a discussion to prove themself right. because people will say anything to prove they are right.

I just had such an exausting day. not sure quite why it was so exausting really. helped mom unpack more stuff at her place. but man i'm tired.
did do some yoga, which helps alot with nervous tension.
oh and, shane, not sure if you suffer from panic attacks now, but i found giving up all caffeine helps ALOT. giving up sugar doesn't hurt either.
