Character Sign Up Sheet
Name: What are you called
Nickname: Nick names?
Class: What Class are you? Ranger...Spellcaster..etc.. (You may only choose ONE class to begin with)
Affiliation: Big word for..what side are you on? Good, Neither, evil?
Nationality: Galdorian, Elrakian, Aliandrian? You may just say what country you where born in. (Galdor, Elrak, etc)
Race: Human, Elf, Nagi, Dwarf..etc..
Gender: Male? Female? ...Something else...?
Age: How old are you? (Ages are allowed between 14 and 1500-ish)
Hair: ..well if you have any!
Eyes: If any at all, how many and what colour? 
Mother (Name and Race/Alive or Dead): The name, race and status of your Mother
Father (Name and Race/Alive or Dead): The name, race and status of your Father
You MUST tell us the name, race and status of your parents, if your character does not know their names, then fine, mention it in the history, but still place their info down here please. A bio will NOT be accepted if there is even a single 'UnKnown' or 'Forgotten' or 'Classified' placed beside any of these character information requests.
Beast of your Choice:
Due to the abuse of powers we seem to be getting with characters and their beasts, people are no longer allowed to start off with a beast. State the Beast you desire, and sometime in the game, when you have proven to the admins your a decent skilled RP'er who won't abuse their power, then the admin will have you eventually meet up with the beast you desire. Tell us its name and gender as well please.
Beasts Personality:
Explain what your Beasts Personality is like, remember they do not know you and you do not know them, but still explain what kind of relationship you plan to have with your beast should the time come when the admins reward you with the beast of your choice.
Powers/Magic Skills:
You must tell us your powers, and everything that you're able to do with them. You cannot just say, I am Psychic, and then have your character moving objects, talking into people’s minds, flying, taking over the body movements of others..etc..try and describe everything your powers can do, if you want to have your character start off with only minor control over their powers, fine, but still tell us what their powers will grow into 
Please consider the CLASS and RACE of your character when deciding powers, for example, a RANGER is Described as this;
Rangers
Rangers are people who are attuned with nature, and share a natural affinity with the wild. They are expert hunters and trackers, and are more knowledgeable at survival techniques and nature lore then any other class. Rangers excel at physical combat as living in the wilderness often tests their courage and fortitude to survive. Rangers also posses some magically ability which lets them call upon the inherent magically forces of nature to assist them when needed. This could be from conjuring an ice storm to freeze opponents, to being able to locate an animal a great distance away.
This means we won't (with out very good reasons) accept Rangers with psychic abilities! You Must try and base your powers on your class. This means you must think of something that your class has been stated it can control. For example a Ranger; an elemental power to control ONE FORM of weather, or to located animals over great distances, we don't want a wide range of powers, pick one, and use it in various ways.
Weapon/s: Weapons Name-
And then tell us what it is, what it looks like and what it can do, no weapon may have magic to begin with. Magic powers include any form so awe inspiring glowiness...just so we're clear on this... But, if you wish your weapon to hold magical powers, you may say it has a hidden power within, BUT only the admins may say when this power is unlocked! Don't be disappointed if we ask you to remove the hidden power though, we've very strict on this. We don't like seeing all these uberly strong characters starting with super duper weapons of mass destruction....where's the fun if there's no room for the development of the character in powers/abilities/personality!?
But again using the Ranger as an example, you'd most likely have a sword or bow, you'd only be skilled in these such weapons, you can't suddenly have a Ranger slashing about katana's with skilled accuracy.
(You don't have to have a weapon)
Skills:
Not everyone will have powers, some may just be excellent with other things, like weapons, tracking, tell us about those skills! Some might be just extremely well off in tough situations, able to keep a clear mind, or they can go berserk and become really strong. Try and decide what you want to excel in, focus on your powers or on your magic or your skill, we do not want to see highly advanced abilities in all three areas!
Yet again as a Ranger for an example, the Ranger would be skilled in tracking, hunting, finding food in the wild, but it is highly unlikely a Ranger can have the abilities needed to repair a primitive machine like an Engineer in Sky City...try and be realistic when choosing skills.
Description: Appearance- Tell us about yourself, we want details as to what you look like, what you wear, how you walk, do you have fangs, do you even have teeth? Can you alter your appearance (eg; Vampires are able to shift from a demonic form into human form in the face) If you can, details are a must on what other appearances you can take on.
History:
I'm asking for detail here, How was their relationship with their family? I want an extensive life story! Where were they born? Where did they live? What was it like? What happened between their childhood to their more recent years. I want to know a few major events that have happened in their lives that have moulded them into the character they are today!
A Poor history may lead to the application being rejected, admins will continue to help give advice until either the bio is accepted or the applicant decides to call it quits.
Personality:
Just tell us about their personality, how they act, their moods, how they respond to certain situations, what they are like and how they act towards others. Detail on their personality is highly appreciated.
Likes:
Give us an idea on what type of things your character likes, as well as a brief description as to why they like it.
Dislikes:
And an idea on what they don't like as well as a brief description as to why they don't like it.
The brief descriptions are just to help us under stand your character more and understand why they dislike or like what you've stated.
email: An e-mail address would be great if we wanted to get in contact with you for some reason. If you don't have an email address, that's fine, make sure to keep an eye open for any messages left for you in the General Discussion forum.
Sample Post:
..Yes, the most dreaded thing there ever was in a sign up post! What I do is, simply think where I'd like my character to start off, then do a post for them, and use that as my sample post, when I'm accepted I can just copy and past the sample post where I wanted my character to begin.
This is just so I can see your style of writing, the way you control your character, and if you’re right for joining this RPG.
Grammar and spelling are highly considered, as well as the depth and talent that goes into your sample post.
The sample post and the history section are the two most single important things we look at when deciding to accept bios.

We reserve the right to decline any bios that we think unfit for this RPG. But that doesn't mean we're going to just shove you out the door, we'll stick with you and help you out until YOU decide to leave. I truly hope you don't take our pickiness on players personally, we just have discovered when people put more effort into their writing, people seem to enjoy the game more. Understand that we will continue helping you with your bio until it meets up to our standards, we will help you in learning to be more descriptive in your writing if that is where your weakness is.
Judo (Shin Shatterstar) has done a wonderful job in helping people over come this weakness, even I am a student of his, since meeting him, along with Alex (Currently under the username: The Ultimate Beast) my writing skill has greatly improved. And is still improving with every post that I do with them.
Read wisely the advice given to you, do not take it as an insult, take it as a learning tool to better improve yourself, after all, if you are learning something to better yourself, then isn't that a good thing?
