Storm raised an eyebrow throwing a questionning look at the old man but said nothing. There was more than one family with the name "Munroe" in the world...
"Nice to meet you" she said with a silent smile "your presence here spares us some time we really need in our current situation"
"Righ'" Rogue jumped in turning to Xavier "'m sure you already know what we want to discuss bu' ah tell ya anyway" A boyish grin flashed on the southern gal's face before she went on.
"Those two here, Nick and this world's Spike, came together with some redhead named Rachel to talk the other world's Spike into helpin'em to take out Angelus who got some super-secret-Alcatraz-like hiding place in this dimension.
We're now havin' troubles to decide whether gettin' the slayer from the other world to help and rescuing our studs while we're there anyway or sendin' some task force right to that base is the better variant.
Ah'm for the first one" she finished and Ororo continued right after
"I am not entirely sure but since our students are apparently rather safe at the moment, I vote for the second possibility to stop Angelus from harming innocent people. What do you think, Professor?"

Aisha's head turned as soon as she saw Storm enter the room. She was older than her own mother had been but that was to be expected. This world's Ororo was also alot healthier looking and happier, even in such a dire situation.
Despite the others who had entered the room and were being introduced Aisha found herself unable to tear her eyes from Ororo Munroe. She barely took in the vampires standing just metres away from her and focused on Storm. A million thoughts all ran through Aisha's head, most of which were variations of the same thought. Will she realize who I am? Aisha had been introduced by name but there were surely other Munroes around and since Ororo didn't have a daughter she would have no reason to believe the other universe version of her had had a child.
Across the room Nick couldn't help the slight smile that crossed over his face at seeing Rogue's boyish grin. This was a strange town but then wasn't Toronto just as odd. Sure it didn't have mutants but there had been a vampire hangout and one for far more foul things that came out only in the night. For the first time Nick thought that this place might be right for him. With all the strange powers around he'd surely fit right in after all.
"Hi," Nick said softly, trying to appear friendly since he knew vampires didn't generally have a good reputation.
Doyle: The good fight, yeah? - You never know until you've been tested. - I get that now
"Excuse me" Ororo said addressing everyone in the room and left Xavier's office.
"Aurora? Did something happen? Oh and you call me Ororo if you like"
"Well then, I will. However, nothing happened, I would just like to request something: May I take William out for a flight for...say, 30 minutes or an hour? It would be highly appreciated"
There was something in the girl's tone that stopped the windrider from asking for the reasons why. After having had a quick thought, she replied
"Yes, I think an hour would be alright. Just make sure to be back until then... and be cautious"
"Trouble? Can ah help?" Rogue had followed her friend out just in case her help was needed.
Shaking her head, a thought occured to the weather witch and she turned the movement into a nod.
"I just have one thing as a condition: Rogue will come with you... just in case"
A questioning look at the southern belle followed but wasn't returned since Rogue was already on her way to the War Room.
"She will arrive soon. Watch out! Storm end"
"Thank you. Circe end.
(end of crossover)
Ororo reentered the office. "Rogue, Circe and William will be back in about an hour"
*Don't ask, I don't know any details as well but I think they can be trusted* she thought knowing the Professor would catch the message.
Inconspiciously, the windrider let her mind wander up towards higher layers of the atmosphere and summoned a curtain of clouds covering the sky again. She would have to concentrate on it lightly for the time it was needed but that was anything but difficult.

Xavier:"Well in that case, perhaps Jaina, when our Guest, Spike, returns, you find him for me then."
He looked towards Nick and this worlds Spike, before looking at Storm.
Xavier:"We should focus on the threat at hand, I'll have Beast work on ways to find our missing students, the rest of us should focus on dealing with these Rogue Vampires."
He looked towards Nick, Spike seemed to be drifting in the background of the ground, so he figured to speak with the one who seemed willing to talk.
Xavier:"Although I'm sure you all must have a place to stay, I'd like to offer you our guest rooms if you desire to spend some time here during this time of co-operation. Anything you could tell us about Angelus would of great help, also.."
He offered a faint smile as he thought about their other guest.
Xavier:"It also might help our Spike knowing there are other's of his kind around that - like him - are willing to fight against Angelus."

Nick's face showed deep gratitude as he smiled thinly at the Professor.
"I'm new in town Professor and was staying with Angel so if you have a free guestroom it would be appreciated. I don't know much about Angelus, only what I've heard in legend about him so perhaps the others would be of more help to you. I'd be happy to help though if there is anything you need."
Aisha fiddled with her long hair, eyes downcast for the most part though she glanced up, her eyes fixed on Storm every once and awhile.
She wondered if she should actually ask. She wanted so much to get to talk to this world's Storm and yet at the same time was trying to shy away, knowing it would be awkward. Still Aisha knew she had to speak to her alone at somepoint, tell the weather mutant that she was her daughter in another universe. Aisha didn't know how to speak up though and despite all that Prometheus had taught her about being strong, speaking up and control over her powers she couldn't bring herself to say anything. Finally Aisha decided she would wiat until everyone was finished in the meeting then would try and get Storm alone...if by that point in time she had built up the courage to do so.

"What I am mainly wondering about..." Storm began after having remained thoughtfully silent for some time.
"... is whether we have a slayer in this dimension as well. If I understood it right then she is like an... institution, so to speak. Maybe trying to get her support would be easier than seeking for the other world one's"

"Could you please tell us everything you know about Angelus' strength and weaknesses? After all, being just a vampire he cannot be invulnerable - no offense intended"

Nick didn't return Storm's gaze as he offered what he knew. "I don't know much about Angelus in particular but I know a fair bit about general vampire strengths and weaknesses if you need to know anything."
"Vampires can be killed by a stake to the heart, crosses, holy water, sunlight, decapitation and fire. There's a few different kinds though and some strengths depend on age. Older vampires like Angelus are more invulnerable than younger vampires."
Although Nick offered his knowledge freely there was something in his face, in his eyes and he wouldn't look directly at anyone. He and perhaps some of the others would recognize it as guilt and a loathing for what he had become. As they described Angelus as a monster and talked about him weren't they also talking about vampires in general? He had been a crusader and now he was just a vampire, a monster. At the moment Nick felt the guilt of centuries worth of killing and he continued to keep his eyes downcast. He couldn't face them now. Not all these do-gooders who helped humanity not out of redemption but out of sheer care and want to help. He wasn't like them and as much as he pretended he was Nick knew he could never be one of them. It stung, the guilt stung even after all these years and Nick felt bitterness well up inside of him. He hoped the conversation about Angelus wouldn't go on too long. Nick wasn't sure he could take it.

( OCC- Um...hi veryone...I This is Legolaslover82586's cousin....and she wants you all to know that she is currently still having computer trouble...The internet is gone somehow, and she aciddently forgot the changed password when she changed her email adress. But she says that she's sorry she hasn't replied yet and that she will asap, aka as soon as her comp gets fixed. Thanks a bunchies!)

With a nod Xavier listened to Storm speak, thinking over her suggestion to bring their worlds Slayer over here.
Xavier:"That could indeed help us, I shall talk with Jean of the matter if we seem to need the extra help, for now however I hope we can cope on our own. Storm, perhaps if you and our other Spike could spend some time discussion the defences of the building Angelus is staying in. From what Rogue said it sounded as if it was fairly well guarded."
He looked towards the vampires with a faint smile.
Xavier:"I'll organise a room for the two of you...if you both are planning on staying with us."
He threw Spike a questioning glance before looking over everyone else in his office.
Xavier:"Any other questions? If not, please feel free to make yourselves at home."

Turning to the vampires, her facial expression did hardly alter. Those people neither needed to be comforted nor did they appear very uncertain - smiles and related things were unnecessary and just a waste of precious time.
"Please follow me, I will show you your rooms. Afterwards, we should discuss things in the War Room"

"Please follow me, I will show you your rooms"
Approaching the door, the weather witch went on.
"Afterwards, we can discuss further strategies in the War Room. Unless you are tired, that is" she added realizing that those creatures of the night might possibly have a different way of living.
(TBC: either directly in the War Room or in the dorms first. whatever you consider better; however, I don't think the 2nd possibility is necessary ?)

Aisha felt her heart thump in her chest as it hadn't ever before in her life. Even in all her training sessions with Prometheus had she never felt like this before. It was now or never.
"Um..Miss Munroe?" Aisha asked hesitantly. "I-I was wondering if maybe we could..talk. You know if you're not busy or, or anything like that. N-Not now of course. Later if you have time." The moment the words were out of her mouth Aisha wanted to crawl under Xavier's desk and disappear.
Could I have done anything more stupid? Might as well have brought along my baby blanket, Aisha thought to herself in disgust. The words were out there though and there wasn't anything she could do to take them back.
Across the room Nick's bright eyes gazed curiously at Aisha, wondering why she was so nervous about talking to this woman. He put the thought aside though and nodded in Storm's direction.
"Thanks," Nick said then added quickly,"Do you need me in the War Room?"

Seeing the uneasiness this girl apparently felt, Storm tried an encouraging smile.
"I cannot see any reason why we shouldn't. However, planning does have first priority as you surely understand"
Turning to Nick, she thought for a moment.
"Well, in all honesty I don't know. If you have the feeling that you have something to contribute which might be of any help, I would like you to join us there. It is up to you to decide"
With that, she left the office heading for dorms, yet walking slow enough for the others to follow.

Aisha couldn't help it as the slightest hint of a rather silly smile slid across her face. She simply nodded and leaned against the wall as the thumping in her chest began to subside.
"Well I guess I'll be off to..well would it be alright if I looked around for awhile? This world is just so new to me," Aisha said, a glow about her cute face now that she would finally get a chance to walk with Storm.
Nick didn't really see anything specific he'd need to do in the dormrooms. He'd fed fairly recently and he wasn't in a sleeping state of mind. Truth be told he wasn't quite sure what he would have to offer but was eager to help out. Nick Knight, vampire cop followed Storm towards the dorms, having already decided to join in the War Room meeting.

He offered them all a friendly assuring smile, as he motioned his hand towards the door.
Xavier:"You're free to talk with the other students, and I'm sure you're all eager to go outside, our grounds are rather well kept, and it appears to be a rather fine day.
Fully aware of the eternal night problems, Xavier hoped they'd take the chance to see the sun which in their world was stolen from them.

"Thank you Professor, I think I might take a walk outside first actually," Aisha said remebering the sun and wanting to test out her powers where they had a range of sun and rainbows never seen widescale in her own world.
"Bye," she said in the doorway as she exited his office with a broad, almost silly grin lighting her pretty face.
TBC-Somewhere, possibly outside or with some of my other characters.
Smiling at the younger girl, Xavier handed her a school diary from his draw.
Xavier:"There's a map in the back of the book, the War Room is displayed as one of the restricted areas."
He watched as the others moved out of his office, then paused and called to Jaina.
Xavier:"Actually Jaina, I have a class for the next hour, why not have something to eat or explore the school, I'll call for you to bring me our guest once my classes are over."
He offered her an apologetic smile realizing he was going to have to make her wait for his call, meaning she'd be stuck in the school grounds, he hoped she didn't mind..
