Ok, the display of dominance and pack animal idea perhaps was not the best solution but once Michael had begun to walk down a road it was not in his nature to stop doing so. "Release me at once or I shall make you unexisted. Not slay you but I shall make myself unaware of you and you will be once more, unknown." Her attitude was infuriating and having dealt with only demons and murderous humans in the past Michael was quick to pick up on that and snap back.
“oh really… make me unexisted will you” sarcasm drifted into his vocal tone releasing his hold over her as if to prove the point that there was nothing she could do to harm him “you know what I’d be happy for that to take place, there I was happily enjoying being dead and finally able to have a rest from the fighting of creatures like you… and suddenly BANG” his voice grew louder as he spoke, the word bang emphasised not only by the increase in volume but also him making a move sharp to her as if jumping and slapping his hands together just in front of the woman’s face before slowly withdrawing
The silent pause could have gone on for minutes or seconds, the time did not register to Michael “here I am wandering the halls of this school, not able to leave the grounds, not able to communicate with anyone but a mentally deranged demon with extreme PMT and the intelligence of a four year old” it had been building up within him for years, nothing much to do with her being there apart from her involvement as a trigger.
The pent up emotion from all his and nick’s years serving in silence, whereas nick was alive and able to take his frustration out by other means Michael had been killed still serving in silence, but here and now it had come to a head. The frustration of his life was added to by the frustration of his death, and this place was not a helpful reminder of his own world, Nick had been feeling it too but he had someone who could help him through it… Michael had no one.
“You do not know my story and the chances are you never will, but do me a favour and give over with the anger and argumentative behaviour, if you want to ignore me then do so with my blessings, I’d even take hell over this place right now, so just let me know if I’m wasting my time here and I’ll go back to the med bay and mope around watching the closest thing I had to a brother sit and go insane” right now that sounded like the best option left avaliable, at least he may be able to help nick in some way, this woman... this creature was just beyond helping it seemed for most people who wanted to learn something didnt get cross with their tutor for trying to teach them.
Re: TeeVee
Adoption... it wasn't really a word or even an act that Jade fully understood just yet, being in Hank and Zia's care was warming and inviting and the girl was proving prosperous in the environment, however she didn't realize that significant sacrifice and lifestyle changes Hank was making for all this. It was difficult, in some ways, just the way that people worked, all so friendly and Jade got the impression they all wanted something from her and she wasn't entirely sure why. Sometimes people talked to her in a funny manner, slow, simple like, as if they thought her unable to hear them clearly. It wasn't that she couldn't hear them, but she had trouble understanding the way they explained things at times, the strange sentences and bizarre formations of their cultural wordings.
People were interesting, and there was nowhere better to watch them Jade discovered then a special room where many students seemed to gather. Walking in there was intimidating though and Jade had never really done much more then drift by the open door on her way to one place or another. Voices always came from the other side and Jade had learned how to stand in the right spot to avoid the door from opening. And as the red head moved pass the door, a familiar voice caused a more sudden stop then Jade had intended.
"Release me at once or I shall make you unexisted. Not slay you but I shall make myself unaware of you and you will be once more, unknown."Curious. Bright eyes tried to see beyond the obstical blocking her sight from seeing Zia, the woman sounded stressed and angry, why? What was it that caused her to be unhappy? It was easy for Jade to understand that Zia could take care of both herself and anyone else she deemed worthy of her protection. But that didn't quell the need to see what was causing Zia from being peaceful.
“oh really… make me unexisted will you”The voices didn't make sense to Jade, but the young girl took a step towards the wall, enough to the side of the door so that it would not open, the airy voice that replied to Zia seemed strange and not like that of all the others. “you know what I’d be happy for that to take place, there I was happily enjoying being dead and finally able to have a rest from the fighting of creatures like you… and suddenly BANG” The girl flinched, drawing back from the door at the loud slap, sudden noises uneased Jade simply because she wasn't used to them, though the lovely young woman could quickly recover she still often jerked at first. Was there a fight? Or something else? The tones weren't pleasant and gave Jade a negative feel, though Zia was strong and could handle herself, instinctively that made Jade respect the fact that Zia didn't need an added distraction of someone else less capable.
“here I am wandering the halls of this school, not able to leave the grounds, not able to communicate with anyone but a mentally deranged demon with extreme PMT and the intelligence of a four year old”it had been building up within him for years, nothing much to do with her being there apart from her involvement as a trigger. “You do not know my story and the chances are you never will, but do me a favour and give over with the anger and argumentative behaviour, if you want to ignore me then do so with my blessings, I’d even take hell over this place right now, so just let me know if I’m wasting my time here and I’ll go back to the med bay and mope around watching the closest thing I had to a brother sit and go insane” Well that was that, this strangely sounding voice was rather hostile in tone in there and the mysteriously created young girl had already stepped in through the doorway by the time he finished, her light eyes peering across the room in search of Zia.
The strange voice had an even stranger appearance, an unusual aura seemed to glow within this one, a light not contained by an outer shell, though so many ways of explaining it, Jade knew little of what she felt towards the man who stood there, seemingly alike and yet so different at the same time. The soft thin white cashmere jumper she wore sat on Jade's slender figure perfectly, her jeans like a second skin and her black ankle boots gave her some additional hight. Jean had a lot of clothes for a girl her size, it just happened that Racheal Summers and the younger Jean Grey happened to have some very flashy attire. Though a few casual clothes were also in the mix Jade seemed eager to try on all the different items she was given. The light lip gloss that moistened Jade's lips caught the light of the room as her mouth thinned slightly out of confusion, the light clapping of heels ceasing as the newly created entity came to a curious stop not too far from Zia and her companion.
Re: TeeVee“oh really… make me unexisted will you... you know what I’d be happy for that to take place, there I was happily enjoying being dead and finally able to have a rest from the fighting of creatures like you… and suddenly BANG” The whole time that the spirit had been speaking, zia's markings were gradually becoming brighter and brighter and when he made the loud sound, they lit up brightly for an instant, floodin the room with their light before they dimmed to the irritated glow they had been before. A subsonic puma-like growl had come from her, the sound having made her on edge rather than startling her. Had he been a being with a solid body, she would have lashed out and tore the flesh from his bones.
"Creatures like me? There is only one other lik myself and even she is only half of my blood." Zia snapped but the spirit continued. "here I am wandering the halls of this school, not able to leave the grounds, not able to communicate with anyone but a mentally deranged demon with extreme PMT and the intelligence of a four year old.” Zia didn't understand half of what the male was stting but the violence in his tone and the obvious insulting manner of his speech made her give another growl, this time it being louder. She understood demon and knew he was calling her such a creature and that did nothing to improve her mood. Already she could feel the muscles of her back shifting, the place at the shoulderblades separating some to accomidate for the parts of her body that only came when she went into her true form completely. The only thing that was keeping her from shifting was the female child that had been sitting and watching this whole thing. ((talking about Amber))
“You do not know my story and the chances are you never will, but do me a favour and give over with the anger and argumentative behaviour, if you want to ignore me then do so with my blessings, I’d even take hell over this place right now, so just let me know if I’m wasting my time here and I’ll go back to the med bay and mope around watching the closest thing I had to a brother sit and go insane”
Zia gave a small snarl, his behaviour causing her to just stop caring about what the child did or did not see. She was about to change and about to use the energy she had not touched since before her slumber but suddenly, one of her cubs came to her attention, coming through the door. Her adoptive cub, Jade. Just seeing her startled Zia out of her near rage, all of her markings dimming to normal and her throwing away her anger with only mild irritation lingering behind it. She would not let Jade see her like that. Zia took a deep breath, making herself calm almost all of the way, changing her irritation to defensiveness as she though of the spirit tryinf something to her cub. "Enough of this. Release me... And do not think of trying anything with my cub." She told the spirit, almost sounding calm as she did so but with the protectiveness that most parents had when they felt their child was in possible danger.
She looked over to Jade after she spoke to Michael then switched her language to the ancient Tibetian that she usually spoke to the cub with. "I see you can see him as well... That creature which spouts words as if he wishes they were poison is something you would call a spirit or a ghost." Zia explained with a calmness that made it hard to believe that she had been so angry a moment ago.
Amber was more than confused, she was completely lost and contemplating leaving the woman and the spirit to work things out on their own as she couldn't figure out a way to help. Had they both been like other people she had come across, she would have been able to at least attempt something as far as changing their emotions to more pleasant ones but that wasn't the case. Slowly, she stood up and started inching out of the room but then, a redhead who looked to be in her teens walked through the doorway and made her way over to the woman....and possibly the ghost, wherever he might have been in the room. Hesitantly, Amber paused at the doorway and waited to see what was going ot happen, a small nervous smile on her lips.
