So you want to join Sheep?
If you wish to become a Sheep, the first step is to read over all of our rules and, providing you agree to follow the rules, e-mail Tiluvar or Gypo with:
1. Normal Playtimes
2. Class, Level and Alternate Abilities
3. Previous Guilds
4. Raid Experience, if any
5. Magelo Profile
6. Anything else you'd like to share
You must be unguilded, and not pursuing membership to any other guild.
Sheep is a raiding guild. If you do not like to raid whenever you are on, there are other guilds that would be a better fit. That said, if you expect to be able to raid the highest level content, every night, and be getting the highest level loot, there are other guilds you would be happier in. While we work towards that, we will not start there. If you are interested in joining Sheep and working with us as a guild, to progress to the high level game, you will fit in well.
The requirements are as follows. All applicants must be level 65. All applicants must be actively working on their Emperor Key, Vex Thal Key, and PoP flags. Any application e-mailed with missing information or short requirements will be deleted. The only exceptions to this will come from speaking to a Sheep officer in game.
Currently we are accepting memebres of all classes, the requirements are as follows:
Cleric - 30aa (SCM3, MGB)
Bard - 50 aa (FM, IM3)
Beastlord - 50aa (Paragon, MGB, Pet hold)
Druid - 30aa (SCM3, MGB)
Magician - 50aa (SCM3, Pet hold)
Warrior - 60AA (CS3, CA3, PE, LR5, ID5)
Enchanter
Magician
Monk
Necromancer
Paladin
Ranger
Rogue
ShadowKnight
Shaman
Warrior
Wizard
Berserker
If your class is not listed here, please check back again later to see if we are accepting your class yet. If you wish to apply with a few friends, and your friends classes are not listed here, speak to an officer and I'm sure it can be worked out.
We expect that when members or applicants are online, that they attend any raids that are going on, and assist the guild in non-raid activities when there are no raids. If you log off repeatedly when raids are called your application will be cancelled. If you are online and do not attend raids (without speaking to an officer first) your application will be cancelled.
Once you have e-mailed your application, you will be contacted by Tiluvar or Gypo when they are online. Your e-mail will then be posted in the Membership forum, provided there are no immediate concerns, and that the officers accept the application. Once your application is fully accepted (acceptance could take up to a day in some cases), you will be given the information for the Sheeps chat channel. As the guild raids you will be notified through the channel and expected to attend. Also, you will be given a few names of people to keep in contact with during your application. These applicant contacts will help you stay in good communication with Tiluvar, Gypo and the rest of the guild, help ensure you always know where your application stands, and help you with any questions or concerns. Feel free to bring any questions, concerns, or complaints during your application to Tiluvar as well. There is no set application length. While we will try to make the process as quick as possible, do not expect to have our decision in under 3 weeks.
We are not looking for members who are not prepared to work for what they get. We want to accomplish things while keeping our numbers low and a large part of that is everyone carrying their own weight, being willing to 'farm' content in order to ensure our members have the equipment necessary to advance. If you are not prepared to put effort into the guild and into your character, we are not prepared to invite you. We are only interested in inviting people who want to be a part of this guild, not just a guild.
Breaking any major rules or often "forgetting" any minor ones will close your application.
Before you will be considered for an invite, you must have completed your Emperor and Vex Thal keys, and have shown the leadership considerable effort in getting your flags current with us. We will not invite anyone with under 30% raid attendance over 3 weeks, and 40% is going to be the target to shoot for (we are looking for active players). If you show us you are a very skilled player and you get along with the membership, you will have no problem being accepted into Sheep.
Guild and Raid Rules
Good luck.
