Here is the Orb in Question Blown-up and the colors adjusted slightly.
I think it could be a yard ornament or something. No other pictures were given to me for a comparison.

A Skull?
I sent the photos to the fine people at Volusia Investigators of the Paranormal and they had this to say...

wow, i never even notices the skulls!!! sorry i dont have any other pics, but i might go back to the site and take some more pics.
