This is just from last spring, so I doubt his times dropped that much, but as of now his times arent close to Krause, Joy, Martin, Badalato, or Curtis but who knows?

how canu say i doubt his times dropped that much, he never had distance training before. Based on his Cross season i'd say his times will def drop a lot.

i think parks' times will drop a real good amount. He had an awsome xc season
jimmy joy not on a 3200 and mile list? he is the 4th returner in both i think...maybe a little behind in the 2 mile because he only made one serious attempt at it in spring and had an off race
he is the 4th fastest returner and most improved in XC
