A chill has set in as all of the leaves in the trees finally turn all of the way. Halloween is just around the corner and you can feel it in the air. Is that Death hanging over the students' shoulders, or was it just a shadow? (Don't forget to check the Announcements, both General and Plots.)
As you know the plague known as MARRY SUE is a real threat to the current population of the internet (now well over thirty people!). We, the Amazing Group, are doing our part by stopping the threat of a Marry Sue infection on the board. All it takes is one person with glowing eyes or a perfect scar on their cheek and next thing you know we're all hot 20-something teenage girls with purple hair that make out with Harry and Draco AT THE SAME TIME.
Hot? Yes.
Good Role Playing? No.
So to combat this threat we have created a character application designed to weed out the Marry Sues out there. It's long, complicated, and will require the ability to write. AOL SPEAK, OVERLY BAD SPELLING AND PRESCHOOL LEVEL GRAMMAR WILL BE LAUGHED AT.

Background: Okay, I got something to say again. It's okay if your character had a suck past. Dead parents? Abusive parents? As long as your character isn't based around it I don't care. However, I don't want anything TOO serious. No rape, sexual abuse, bad touches, or anything that will make us fell weird. We're here to have fun, not to listen to you being overly dramatic.
Religion or religious background: What religion does your character ascribe to or come from? If none, then put so, or describe your chracter's beliefs.
Personality: Tell us what your character is like on the inside. How s/he seems themselves, or how others see them. It's time to let your character shine!

Family: Father "Papa", deceased. Brothers are Mooch, 7th year Ravenclaw. Pako and Flood, 3rd year Gryffindors. And Adeck, a 4th year Slytherin.
Background: Sigs parents died in a freak accident when she was two, leaving her at the local orphanaged. Sadly, the place war run by a drunken bastard that went by the name of 'Papa' and barely took care of Sigs and her 'siblings'. But instead of causing horrible childhood trama Papa caused the children to grow close and loving towards each other. The bonds made during those early years would never break between the siblings.
It was during Sigs first year that her old orphanage burned with Papa trapped inside. Since he was a complete and utter bastard none of the children really cared and just assumed one of them started the fire. Freed from the prospect of being stuck at her old home Sigs has decided to start a career in herbology.
Religion or religious background: Anglican, though not too serious about it.
Personality: Sigs is bit of a loner, preferring the company of the garden or the lake to humans. Because of this she is awkward around others and tends to say or do things she really shouldn't. Deep down she only wants her loved ones to be happy, it's just that she wants them to be happy in another room.
