got a clue on how to rubuke a spirit?

to make a long story i sorta picked up a friend through the ouijia(sp?) board and he won't go away and i don't really like him around. i know i should of protected myself but at the time i didn't even think it would work. i don't think i'm possesed its just he hangs around and tries to automatic write all the time with my hand. i heard that mirror blessings may help but i'm having trouble finding it on the net. can anyone help?

Let us know how it goes. I use freshly ground pepper in saucers of vinegar placed around the home. It's an old standby of mine which I've found to be quite effective in getting rid of nasties.

spirit rebuke
Tell him he's not welcome there. That you demand that he leave. Do a chasing out house blessing. (If you don't know how, let me know. many variations, and depends on religious preference) And get rid of the board.
