help - no paint color # in glove box
Hi, newbie here. Just got my 99 Xtreme and need to get a bottle of paint for fill a few chips but the card with all the numbers that is supposed to be in the glove box isn't there. I see that GM had 3 different whites in 99. Can any of you tell me which one was used on the 99 Xtremes?
BTW - I LOVE this truck!! It had already been dropped 2/3, flat roll pan, limo tint windows when I bought it. I have put in a carbon fiber tail lights to match the dash kit, a BedRug, hard tonneau and finished installing a led neon kit underneath with an extra tube in the bed today....pink of course!
I'm not your typical S10 lowrider owner as I am a 52 year old gal who is still just young at heart! Thanks for the help, Kate
If you bring your vin # into a dealership they are supposed to be able to tell from that. This is true for all 1990 or later GM vehicles.

Go to Autozone and find artic white in their touchup paint area. I have a white 99 Xtreme and that's what I use. Can't tell the difference between the factory paint and touch up....whole lot cheaper too.
