hi everyone
me again with a brief update, my eye's been quiet for 10 months now with no drops for the last 3 months. been discharged and told to leave the cataract op for now as it could cause flare up. its been 2 weeks since i was there and my vision seems poor with light glare and very blurred. like looking through a plastic bag in bright fog. feels like its getting worse. any ideas? would that be the cataract? rang the clinic and they said ring back in 3 days if its no better. thanks

Re: hi everyone
Could be, but no way to know without getting examined. If you vision has changed enough to notice it, then I would go in if I were in your shoes . . . sooner than later.

Let us know what you learn.

Re: hi everyone
Hi
Before I had my cataract op my vision was like yours, felt I was looking through fog or a net curtain all the time. Since the op in march my vision has improved, I didn't know just how bad it had got. I haven't had any flare up since the op and I hope to reduce the drops when I see consultant next week.

I would get to the clinic asap and get it sorted

Re: ta
I'm with the others... definitely no harm in going in to have things looked at, especially if you're concerned about it!

Let us know how you get on...

hi
just to let you know, I went to the eye clinic today and was told there's no sign of the uveitis thankfully but my pressure was up to 35 in my afflicted eye and 21 in my ok eye. They said I'm just one of those people prone to this! Great, now I have something else! I had to use drops for this before but thought it was cos of the steroid drops and I've been off those for months now any ideas anyone?

Re: hi
I am so glad you got seen. 35 is pretty high. What is the treatment plan. When is your next appointment to follow-up on this?
