 my home town.
i live in what is said to be one of the most haunted places in the world. New Orlean, LA. home of ann rice as well (interview with a vampire FYI). we have a place here that gives tuors of the french quarters nightly. i have yet to go on one myself but i hear they are rather good. one of the conditions of my friend shannon's Mardi Gras visit is that we take one of those tours. needless to say i had no objections,

I am so envious of you. My husband has been to Madi Gras three times, all without me. His brother lived there for several years and he would go visit conveinently around Madi Gras every year..... He never went for the ghost tours though. Too busy looking at, um, other things.. LMAO So have you experienced anything there yet? Just curious. I seem to find them no matter where I go.  the ghosties I mean

Oh maaaan! When you do go, I want to hear allllllll about it. And I expect you to take a camera. Tell you friend shannon to bring one, too! Seriously, what fun!!!!! I would love to go on one of those. And I am, btw, re-reading Anne Rice's vampire choinicles! Love them.

Chels I have never read Anne Rice, my girlfriend likes the ones about witches. Named her new puppy Ashler, if you are familiar with it. I should borrow them apparently. I agree take the camera, lots of pics

Wow I would be in heven if I lived in new orleans. Yes definately go and take pics, you never know, I would be the tour guide if I lived there.

Oh Loopy, you don't know what you're missing! You need to read them! I don't like her later books as well, but the vampire chronicles are GREAT and the witch series is also awesome. I remember Lasher!
