need gear help
I have a Trek Navigator 50 with 26" tires, 7 speed and I am still having trouble determining the correct and comfortable gear speed. I spent the winter with it indoors on a trainer and didn't have any problems, but since I've taken it outdoors I can't get it consistent. I'm on a flat surface (park path). Yesterday I felt like I was really over exhausting myself which is not enjoyable.
