sandtrooper lenses
If you look on this page, about halfway down, under the helmet section, there are pics of a real New Hope helmet. In a few of those, they show the inside of the helmet. The green lenses actually look like one piece of green cellophane. I found something that will work VERY well: gels for spot lights. Any nitpickers have comments on this, as to being movie-correct?

Cool! And if it's not dark enough, you can double up on it. Great idea.

I had been to Office Max, Office Depot, etc....looking for green "transparencies" and green folders....none of them were a dark enough green. I finally went with green welding goggle lenses....but this would be better I believe.
